Melvin Richard Sneedly, also known as Alternate Timeline Melvin Sneedly to differentiate between his mainstream counterpart, is the main antagonist of "The Soggy Salvation of the Swirling Sweatnami", an episode of the Netflix series The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants.
Unlike the mainstream Melvin, he is a purely evil, sadistic, traitorous juvenile who wants to get his revenge on Alternate Krupp for his slavery on him and take over the factory and plans to make trillions and wants to kill George and Harold.
He was voiced by Jorge Diaz, who also voiced his mainstream counterpart, Riles Rected and Melvinborg in the same show.
Personality[]
At first glance, this incarnation of Melvin is shown to be loyal to Mr. Krupp, similar to that of the mainstream counterpart. However as it is shown later in the episode, he has been hating every second he is with Krupp, like the other children, and even creates a Hypno-Ring to hypnotize the Mr. Krupp into Captain Underpants.
However, it was all a hoax for Melvin to unlawfully use a rule that said that if the leader of the company turned into a bald, underwear-themed superhero, then whoever calls it will take over the company. This shows his true personality, a hegemonic, cruel, heartless person, similar to that of Krupp.
Biography[]
When George and Harold created an alternate timeline where Mr. Krupp is an evil businessman who has buy the school and turn the school into toy sweatshop called “Krupp Corp”, then make the government get rid of child labor laws to get rich off their sweat.
During his start, Alternate Krupp has the alternate version of Melvin Sneedly to invented all of the factory, robots and machines for him by tricking him that he will reward him, only using him as his furniture and serve him food, and forcing him to never speak. Unknown to Alternate Krupp, his actions let Alternate Melvin drive to villainy, becoming a purely evil, sadistic, traitorous juvenile who wants to get his revenge on Alternate Krupp for his slavery on him and take over the factory.
When George and Harold have plan to fix timeline back to normal, Alternate Melvin saw this as a change to get his revenge on Alternate Krupp and take over the factory. So he tricked George and Harold that he would make a 3D Hypno-Ring to them to hypnotized Alternate Mr. Krupp.
When the boys hypnotized Alternate Krupp to Captain Underpants, Alternate Melvin show the boys his true colors and rebrands the business to Sneedworks. With Captain Underpants having no powers, Alternate Melvin has his army of robots to throw Captain Underpants into toxic waste, rename the factory to “Sneedworks” and make all the kids work so hard to sell toys and the sweat that make them to become rich. However, George and Harold create a sweatnami and got out the factory, But Alternate Melvin turns the factory into a robot called the “Factory-Tron 2000” to kill the boys in order to prevent them from changing the timeline back to normal.
Captain Underpants (now called Captain Stretchypants) gets stretchy powers and destroy the robot as George and Harold escape to the Time Toad and go back in time. Alternate Melvin’s robo-suit gets destroyed and landed on the ground and see the change on his sign that George and Harold as he shouts “I ARE NOT DOO DOO!” before the boys restore the timeline and causing this version of Melvin to cease to exist.

- When Alternate Melvin made the Alternate timeline of Gooch his servant after he took over the factory, while Melvin used to be the prior servant. This could be a hint that Gooch would eventually become Codes in the M.I.S.F.A.R.T.S.
