Alternate Universe Dragon is a minor antagonist in Shrek Forever After, the fourth installment of the Shrek film series.

She works for Rumpelstiltskin, alongside the Witches and the Pied Piper.

Her vocal effects were provided by Frank Welker.

Personality

The Alternate Universe Dragon is an evil, vicious, female dragon. She is willing to kill anybody whom she sees. Unlike her original counterpart, she doesn't have a crush on Alternate Universe Donkey, even though he fell in love with her right away he saw her for the first time. Later, she showed that, unlike her counterpart, she has no ability to become good.

Biography

Fiona was imprisoned in Dragon's Keep since she was seven. In the alternate universe, King Harold and Queen Lillian signed a deal with Rumpelstiltskin, and gave him the whole kingdom, as he lied to them that all of their problems will disappear. Technically, he didn't lie, as the King and the Queen both disappeared, and their sadness along with them. Fiona saved herself from the Dragon's Keep, as there was no Shrek in the alternate universe. Alternate Universe Dragon was taken by Rumpelstiltskin at some point, and became his minion. In the climax of the movie, Rumpelstiltskin sent her to kill Shrek, Alternate Universe Fiona, Alternate Universe Donkey and Alternate Universe Puss. Alternate Universe Donkey tried to seduce her, but she didn't fall for him (though she pretended to), and tried to eat him. Alternate Universe Puss saved Alternate Universe Donkey from her, even though the latter was still in love with her. Shrek and Alternate Universe Fiona managed to defeat her, having Her chained up in the process, after which Rumpelstiltskin tried to escape on his pet goose Fifi's back, but Shrek managed to outpower him, and Rumpelstiltskin fell of his back, getting defeated by the Ogre Resistance.
