Alvaro Rodriguez is a supporting antagonist in Filipino action drama series known as Black Rider.
He is a crime lord and self-proclaimed leader of the Holy Land, the place where his group have been terrorizing. He is also the younger brother of Antonio Rodriguez, the leader of Pulang Diyablo and uncle of Calvin Magallanes whom he became his partner in the later episodes.
He is played by Jeric Raval.

He is the younger brother of Antonio Rodriguez, and at some point they had a feud with each other and organized a crime involved in drug dealing and terrorism.
One night they were faced by the authorities and Sec. Abalos in Holy Land as they became active on their criminal activities. As authorities continues to manhunt them, Black Rider backed up the authorities allowing him and the gang to further escape from the authorities.
As Elias raids Sen. William’s party on his mansion with the help of Golden Scorpion, he later enters with his men rescuing his elder brother Antonio from the hands of the Golden Scorpion. With his attempt to rescue Antonio, they were outnumbered by the Golden Scorpion which caused him to unsuccessfully rescue his brother.
Later on after Edgardo has killed Antonio Rodriguez extracting his vengeance on switching his son and killing Hilda, he later partnered with his nephew Calvin helping him in their criminal operations. One day, he attacks Scorpio compound to hunt Edgardo and Elias allowing them to fight with the Golden Scorpion. During the duel, he managed to corner Elias, only to be stopped by Mariano which revealed to be a secret member of Golden Scorpion.
And lastly, during another duel between Elias and Edgardo against him and Calvin in abandoned warehouse to save Vanessa and Elias child named Andres, they having a shootout and exchanging fires between Golden Scorpion, Pulang Diyablo, and the rest of his group more than an hour. He shoots Edgardo during the battle between them but rest of his men is downfall when Romana, Hugo, the rest of their group will arrive to backup Edgardo while battle are continued.
More than an hour ago when the night is coming, he attempt to escape using her own getaway vehicle but Edgardo explode him using his grenade launcher that causes his death.
