Amado C. Sevilla (popularly known as Cong.Sevilla) is a guest antagonist of the 2023 Filipino TV Series Batang Quiapo. He is a corrupt politician who primarily commits crimes against women, such as molestation and rape.
Jong Cuenco portrays him, and he also played Cong. Marcelo Aguilero in Black Rider.
Background[]
He made his introduction, meeting with Mokang, who entered a high-end bar and requested Mokang as his escort for the night. However, Mokang felt unsettled about him, so she drugged him with a sleeping drug that Chicky gave her. Selene exposed Mokang for drugging him, but Mokang was still allowed to work as a hostess. Another night, he was seen visiting the bar again and requested Mokang as his escort but Mokang felt uncomfortable with him and managed to escape. As he harasses Mokang, he is stopped by Ramon Montenegro by knocking him down, causing Mokang and Ramon to meet each other.
He was later seen again meeting with another congressman in a hotel months later with different mistresses. That night, Chief Espinas requested Batang Divisoria to assassinate him, only to be backfired, thanks to Bong’s recklessness, making their mission fail to kill him and allowing him to escape by shooting Bong in the chest. A day later, he was seen in his office with a lot of security forces added for his protection after the previous incident involving his attempted assassination. Unknown to him, Bubbles and Tanggol have entered the city hall. Chief Espinas recently assigned them to assassinate him after Batang Divisoria screwed up their mission. As he meets Bubbles in the hallway, Bubbles attempts to seduce him, only to bait him for his death. However, he was able to escape from Bubbles upon baiting him. Tanggol and Bubbles eventually managed to kill him by shooting him multiple times.
Personality[]
He is seen as a misogynistic and perverted individual, showing that he exploits women, particularly the younger ones, for sexual purposes. He is also seen to be adulterous man, since it is mentioned that he has a wife and children, yet he still exploits women and reveals that he has a lot of mistresses.

- Jong Cuenco portrays him and previously worked with Coco Martin in FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano, where he also portrayed a corrupt government official, Gov. Edward Dela Paz, before FPJ’s Batang Quiapo.
- Jong Cuenco has played corrupt politicians in some shows, such as Black Rider in GMA, where he portrayed Cong. Marcelo Aguilero after he exited FPJ’s Batang Quiapo in Kapamilya Channel. Moreover, his character is almost identical to Cong. Marcelo.
- They both work as congressmen and are both involved in political corruption.
