Amehoshi is a minor antagonist in Seijuu Sentai Gingaman, appearing as the main antagonist of Episode 16. A blowfish-like, biwa playing, Majin, he serves Budoh by being a member of Space Pirates Balban.

He was voiced by Kaoru Shinoda, who previously voiced a Jade Mask, an Energy Beast Okelampa, a Reckless Brain, a Palm Tree Bōma, Arigin, Kaniarigin, Totpat, Kanedama, the older brother of the Hitotsume Kozou Brothers, Faucetchuck, Bara Faucet, GG Boon and later voiced Trinoid 0: Saunaginnan.

Biography[]

Amehoshi made his first appearance at the castle as he played his biwa for his leader and let him know that he has finished the preparations for the upcoming battle. After that, he left the castle to find the lights of Ginga by summoning a cursed storm cloud that will absorb all life in order to draw it out in this case from the ground.

Later, he was at a building as he cast a spell that will summon the said storm cloud to find the Lights of Ginga. Once the rain has been cast, Amehoshi waits inside the building until the Lights of Ginga is out and to pass the timem he began to play his biwa. However, this kind of action has gotten the attention by the Gingamanm so once they ran into the buildingm a bunch of Yartots prevented the group from reaching to the top floor. With no other choice, the Gingaman has to battle their way to reach the top floor and stopped this cursed rain.

Once they reached to the top floor, Amehoshi used his Biwa and opened fire on the Gingaman as they transformed and battled him while Hayate battled Shelinda on the ground floor. Sometime during the battle, Ryouma used his Flaming Beast Strike and sent Amehoshi falling towards the ground. Upon landing, he begins to play his biwa to cause the ground to shake, but the Gingaman immediately defeated Amehoshi with their Galactic Beast Blast technique.

However, Amehoshi managed to grow in size due to some of the Balban Extract, prompting the team to bring out Gingaioh to battle him. At the end of this battle, he was finally killed by the Meteor Blast technique.
