~ A possessed Amy Martin after once again encountering John Ward. |
Amy Martin is the secondary antagonist in Faith: The Unholy Trinity. A once-ordinary teenage girl, she was possessed through a dark ritual conducted by the Eternal Order of the Second Death, having her face cut off to serve as a portal for The Unspeakable. Having become possessed due to this malicious tampering, purifying the girl is the primary objective of John Ward's quest, having been driven away by her from a failed exorcism.
Biography[]
Amy was born on 1969 as the first child of Bob and Cindy Martin.
By 1986, Amy started working as a intern at a abortion clinic. For some reasons, Amy become dedicated to the point of obsessive in her works, not noticing that her favorite tree outside her house is dying due to lack of cares. When she turned 17, her father gave her a doll as a birthday gift. She wasn't so pleased with the gift, possibly due to her self-conscious with her works. Around this time, Amy's new school year started but she express dissatisfaction with it, requesting her mother to let her enter a real school. However, her mother dismissed her.
Sometimes later, Amy's mother becomes annoyed with her working place and asked her to leave it. Amy inform her boss, Gary Miller about her departing, but he responds to her with a letter inviting Amy to a get-together at the clinic. Against her family wishes, Amy attended the get-together. Somehow, during the party, Amy got possessed by a demon and was thrown back to her family home by Gary along with his cult.
She started acting strange, much to the concern to her parents. Despite being irreligious, they called the Catholic Church to perform a exorcism to cure her from the demon. A long time experienced Father Allfred arrives with John Ward, and the pair began to perform their exorcism to save Amy.
