Anastasia, nicknamed The Ogress, is an NPC character and minor antagonist in the 2022 RPG-Action video game Elden Ring. She is a cannibalistic serial killer who kills Tarnished while under the guise of a Finger Maiden.
Biography[]
While her origins are unknown, Anastasia, in disguise as a Finger Maiden, is known to hunt down countless Tarnished, people who lost the Grace of Gold, so she could slaughter them and devour their flesh.
Elden Ring[]
Anastasia appears as an NPC invader and mini-boss who can be encountered three times in three different locations in the Lands Between;
- Caelid: In front of the Smoldering Church.
- Mt. Gelmir: When players approach the Corpse-Stench Shack at the end of the road that leads to Mt. Gelmir.
- Consecrated Snowfield: Along the frozen river that is located southwest of Ordina, Liturgical Town, just on the path between the town and Yelough Anix Ruins. The corpse that is holding a Stonesword Key while sitting on a chair is the best landmark in said location.
During her first encounter, when the Tarnished defeats Anastasia, she will drop Furlcalling Finger Remedy and the Sacred Scorpion Charm. When defeated a second time, she will drop her signature weapon along with another Furlcalling Finger Remedy. If Anastasia is defeated in co-op, she will drop 1,459 runes. Upon her third and final defeat, she will drop an Somber Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone and another Furlcalling Finger Remedy. In addition, she will drop 19,634 runes.
