Anatoly Dubinin(Russian: Анатолий Дубинин) the secondary antagonist of the TV series "Chuzhoy Rayon". The Owl's own nephew. Previously, he worked as a werewolf policeman, and later became an assistant to the corrupt major Krotov.

He was played by Egor Bakulin.

Character and Personality[]

Dubinin is a very rude and disgusting person. He is often rude, insults people and treats them very disrespectfully. Among people, Dubinin always feels like the coolest, and wants everyone to report to him. Dubinin is also very cruel. He can easily kill a person without feeling any pity and is sadistic. For the sake of money, he was able to betray even his own uncle. He maintained only professional relations with Krotov and Petrov, although somewhat strained. But despite all this, Dubinin is a real coward, because when he was caught and tortured, he began to cry and beg not to kill him.

Biography[]

Police Work[]

In Season 1, the Owl arranges his nephew Dubinin to work for the police. Dubinin worked very poorly there and even "ratted" at his uncle's. Then the Owl decided to kidnap and kill Dubinin. Meanwhile, the precinct officers go to have a snack at a local cafe, and the barmaid Lelya transmits to Frolov the conversation she overheard between Arthur and Makarov about doing some "wet business". Frolov tracks down Arthur, and he leads him to an abandoned building where the bratva keeps Dubinin, the "rat", tied up, surrounded by the authority of the Owl. Sych, having achieved Dubinin's confession of betrayal, orders to kill him, but then Frolov's friend Venya appears, accompanied by riot police. They save Dubinin's life in exchange for his written confession.

Attempt on the precinct Frolov[]

Dubinin returns from prison (as it turned out later, his release was made by the hands of Alexander Petrov). Mishan's cellmate also comes out with him. Dubinin tries to find a job and turns to the Owl for help, but he refuses him. Artur and Makarov also drive Dubinin away. After a while, he meets Frolov and begins to threaten him. Andrey's father meets his son near the house and asks for forgiveness. At this time, Mishan was about to shoot Frolov, and his father covers Frolov with his body. Dubinin kills the Car and drives away. Later, Dubinina is summoned by a policeman Venya for questioning. The villain does not admit to involvement in the attempt on Frolov and leaves. Coming out, he meets Frolov and began to provoke him. Frolov could not stand it, attacked Dubinin and beat him.

Drug Mafia[]

Then Dubinin began working for the criminal authority of the Owner, a friend of the Owl. The Owl himself warned the Owner that in vain he (the Owner) took Dubinin to his work. Later Dubinin kills the Owner. After the death of the Owner, Dubinin founded his own gang, which also included bandits Nail, Drone and Azamat. Then he joins forces with Major Krotov. Together they stage the abduction of Vera Sycheva (Ivan Sycheva's daughter). Dubinin kidnaps her, and Moles allegedly saves her, after which the Owl began to trust him very much, and Frolov's villains are framed in this case. Then they began to supply drugs to the Krasny Molot district. Here a real drug trade begins in the area: Dubinin brings drugs, Moles protects them, and Petrov makes a profit.

Ambush[]

Moles sets up and arrests Owl. Arthur, Makarov and Roma began to hide. Dubinin tracked down Arthur's girlfriend, Marina, on a tip from Krotov. She led him to the house where Arthur, Roma and Makarov were hiding. Dubinin and Krotov came to this house in order to eliminate the Owl people for resisting arrest. But Roma managed to neutralize both of them and leave with his friends in their car.

Death[]

Dubinin was captured by Artur, Roma and Makarov and they are playing a play in front of him, wanting to pit him against Krotov. After that, Roma and Arthur attack Krotov and threaten him on behalf of Dubinin. By this they quarreled with them. Krotov makes an appointment with Dubinin. The latter realizes that Krotov is going to kill him, and takes a weapon to the meeting. Krotov managed to distract Dubinin, approach from behind and point a gun at him, but Dubinin snatches his barrel. A shootout begins, in which Moles are killed by Dubinin.
