He was voiced by Kenta Uehara in Japanese, and by Walter Roberts in English.
Biography[]
Andre Olivieri came from a poor family of immigrants in the United States, but managed to turn his life around and founded his own insurance company, which ended up becoming the largest company in the world.
In the aftermath of the 2007-2008 economic crisis, Olivieri's company was on the verge of bankruptcy. To prevent his company's collapse, he joined efforts with sympathizers in other industries and devised the "Golden Axe Plan". He hired the terrorist organization Valahia and its leader Nicolae Dumitrescu to attack multiple locations across the world. Olivieri Life Insurance would then refund the damage caused by their attacks. As a result, its profits skyrocketed despite the economic decline. When Dumitrescu betrayed him, however, Olivieri struggled to find a way to move on with his plan, and succeeded by selling his war damage insurance business to another company.
However, the Antares Squadron belonging to a private military company named "Martinez Security" uncovered his plan, and Olivieri was determined to stop and destroy them. He then had his private army attack San Francisco, where his company's headquarters were located, to force other companies to refund the damage done to the city and then gain control over them and the whole world's insurance industry. Although his forces were defeated, the businessman refused to give up and made a last stand at the OLI building, but was killed by one of the Antares Squadron's pilots. After his death, the details of the Golden Axe Plan were revealed to the public.
