Biography[]
Andrew previously served in the army and earned the rank of Staff Sergeant. Andrew was likely discharged honorably or dishonorably, as he fell into a life of crime upon returning to Texas. He soon assembled a crew of criminals that would perform robberies of armored trucks, carrying money.
Both Sides, Now[]
Andrew and his crew began targeting armored cars in Austin, as ways of collecting a big score. Using the 3-1-1 callsign to Dispatch, he would call in an emergency that his crew would then create. Having studied the truck's routes, Andrew would utilize his knowledge of military tactics by having his crew fire their guns to scare the target who would flee into secluded spots, allowing the masked Andrew and his crew to rob them. His crew wouldn't hesitate to murder the guards, should they resist.
In the beginning, his crew targeted a truck with the guards realizing their intent. The truck fled but ending up crashing in the middle of the road. One of the guards is killed by the robbery crew when he attempts to fight back but the crew is unable to claim the money and flee the scene, leaving the other guard trapped until AFD rescue him. Because of the spree in truck robberies, the Texas Rangers investigated, and it was speculated someone with military knowledge had to be in the crew while it was noted that the crew caused the destruction to lure out the trucks.
The Rangers recognized from the 3-1-1 calls that Andrew and his crew call dispatch to divert attention. Realizing from the botched robbery the law would be onto them, Andrew had the crew lay low until the heat settled. However, the Rangers were aware they'd strike again and prepared a method to apprehend them, to prevent further harm.
Indeed, Andrew had his crew pull off another truck robbery and pursued a truck off the highway. As the crew held the truck at gunpoint, they noted on how the guards weren't exiting but Andrew was prepared to execute them to claim the loot. However, the crew were surrounded by the arriving APD and the Texas Rangers who ordered them to surrender. Texas Rangers Sam Campbell and Carlos Reyes exit the armored truck, revealing to the gang it was a bait car and they sure fell for the trick. In custody, Andrew was unmasked by the Rangers with Ranger Campbell remarking he fell from grace and Ranger Reyes identifying him by his name and rank. Andrew questioned how they knew all that, as Reyes told him he really should've switched up his M.O. in his spree. Andrew said nothing in response, since he realized he was correct.
Sometime later, Ranger Chief Bridges held a conference and told the public that the murderous robbery crew has been put away. He states it was all in thanks to the efforts of the Texas Rangers who thoroughly worked to uncover the truth about the crew's machinations.
