Andrew Latimer is one of the main antagonists of the Chicago P.D. episode "Last Minute Resistance". Along with his partner in crime, Keith Tasker, he is a serial rapist who drugs women and helps sexually assault Kim Burgess's sister, Nicole.

Biography

History

With Keith Tasker, he joined Red Goldwing's course on how to have sex with women. In actuality, Red was a serial rapist who drugged dozens of women, and he taught the partners to drug women with ketamine. They later graduated from the course and became instructors for Harry Klinsman. After meeting Nicole Silver and her friend, Denise Miranda, in a bar, Harry asked if they wanted a drink, but they declined. Latimer and Keith then drugged the two women after luring them to an apartment. Keith raped Nicole, while Andrew went for Denise. Denise thankfully escaped after almost being raped, but she later died from hypothermia while Nicole was put on a train station bench.

Chicago P.D.

Kim Burgess and the rest of the intelligence Unit find Nicole on a bench after tracking her phone, while Denise is found dead from hypothermia. As Harry made an online comment where the rape happened, He and Keith were suspected as the perps. Burgess and Linsday go undercover, but they go for another woman, so, Adam Ruzek takes the girl, tells her that he is a police officer, and gives her money before telling her to leave for a cab. Eventually, the plan works as they get into the apartment and Keith brings Burgess in a room. Keith assaults Burgess despite her pleas, but she pulls out a lipstick knife before stabbing and ruthlessly beating him; Meanwhile, Linsday arrests Latimer.

At the precinct, Andrew betrays his apparent friend by saying that Denise was with Keith before she died, but they don't fall for his trick, knowing he was the one to abuse Denise. Kim tells Nicole that they are never going to hurt anyone again, confirming they are both incarcerated for their crimes.
