Andy Strauss is a member of Zeon's elite Cyclops Team and a supporting antagonist in the OVA series Mobile Suit Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket.

He was voiced by Mitsuaki Hoshino.

History

Andy Strauss and the other members of the Cyclops Team, led by Steiner Hardy, participated in Operation Rubicon, an endeavor by the Zeon military to either capture or destroy the prototype RX-78NT-1 Gundam "Alex" being developed by the Earth Federation in a top secret facility in the neutral colony of Side 6. Andy thus took part in the Cyclops Team's attack on the Earth Federation's Arctic Base to destroy the Mobile Suit. Andy in his MSM-03C Hygogg succeeded in reaching the launch pad, but was killed when his Hygogg was shot by a GM Cold Climate Type.
