Anna Holt is a minor character in the video game Fallout 3.
Little is known for sure about Anna's past such as when and where she was born or who her parents were, but what is known as that at some point in her life she joined Project Purity with the Lone Wanderer's father James. Over time, she gradually became frustrated at how slow progress was to clean the water of the Capital Wasteland.

After the Lone Wanderer goes to Vault 112 and saves their father from Dr. Braun, Project Purity is moved from Rivet City to the Thomas Jefferson memorial building. After the purifier is fixed with little effort, the Enclave quickly invades the compound under the command of Colonel Autumn, and Anna is apparently kidnapped while the Lone Wanderer escapes.
When the Lone Wanderer is later kidnapped themselves after getting the G.E.C.K from 87, they're brought to the base of operations for the Enclave known as Raven Rock and they can find Anna Holt in one of the rooms. If they talk to her and question why she's there, she'll admit she was working with the Enclave for quite some time and she was the one who not only told the Enclave about Project Purity but also got James murdered by proxy. The Lone Wander can murder Anna to avenge James or leave her behind as the base explodes, but either way by the events of Fallout 4, most agree she's most likely dead.
