Anna Nishikinomiya is the main antagonist of the series Shimoneta: A Boring World Where the Concept of Dirty Jokes Doesn't Exist Shimoneta. She is also the series' yandere. She is the president of Tokioka Academy's student council and a childhood friend of the main protagonist, Tanukichi Okuma.
She was voiced by the late Miyu Matsuki in the Japanese version, and by Monica Rial in the English version.
Appearance
Anna is an a attractive clear-skinned young woman with silver hair, teal-blue eyes and a overall pretty face.The PM around her neck resembles a snowflake.
She appears to have a slim figure. In the academy compounds, Anna is often seen wearing her school uniform, a gray and black suit with a white shirt and red tie under it.She also has formal and casual outfits as well.
Personality
She is a kindhearted and pure innocent girl. When it comes to Okuma, she has an undying affection and lust for her childhood friend and wanted to do anything to make him her boyfriend. She always using her "love nectar" which her perversion of willing to seduce Okuma, would share her use drinking water, placing her panties on his head and licking his ear. While nearby to Okuma, she always chasing him everywhere.
She is respectful to her fellow student council. She has responsibilities to the entire student councils. Despite of her status, she is very naive for her flirtings for Okuma.
She may look pure and innocent girl, but when Okuma is with any other girls, she is cold, ruthless and sadistic yandere while is willing to brutalize her love rivals. She believes her hand just "slipped" when using scissors or knives. She will never let any other girls have Okuma other than herself. She has immoral as using her superhuman abilities to brutality her love rivals.

In her chase for Okuma, Anna is highly agile and fast for her superhuman speed.
She is very strong even when she grabbed Okuma with one hand and can climbing up to cables. She also have strong legs when she kicks anyone who gets in her way to chase Okuma.
