Annie also known as The Dark Child is a major character and playable champion in the 2009 multiplayer online battle arena video game League of Legends. She is a child mage with immense pyrokinetic abilities and is an outlier in the shadows of the mountains North of Noxus.
She is voiced by Cristina Millizia who also voiced Silver Banshee and Poison Ivy in DC Super Hero Girls,
Biography[]
Annie was born to Gregori Hastur and Amoline Kiosar, two mages that fled the capital city of Noxus due to their uncertainty of Boram Darkwill's rule. Unbeknownst to her father, Amoline was actually a runaway from the Ravenbloom Conservatory, a school run by the Black Rose where she was fused with a Demon named Tybaulk for an experiment.

Annie is childish and reckless, putting on a display of innocence while showing an unsettling dark sense of humor. She is extremely protective of her teddy bear Tibbers, seeing him as her best friend. While she isn't inherently evil she will not hesitate to release him to attack whomever tries to harm her or snatches him from her. She is shown to have an indomitable will which impressed Tybaulk (the demon that lives inside Tibbers) enough to ally with her. However whenever she isn't in danger or feels threatened, she's friendly to those around her but she isn't afraid to be a little mischievous and set someone's clothing on fire like she did with Headmistress Telsi from her time at Ravenbloom Conservatory.

Annie is a 9 year old girl with auburn pink medium length hair and green eyes with dark circles around her eyes. She wears a purple and cyan gothic dress and with pink striped leg warmers with brown shoes. She wears a pink cat ears headband (which can resemble devil horns) and has a pink leathered backpack with 3 white bunnies, one on the back and 2 on the shoulder traps. She seems to always carry a innocent and malicious face. Her hair was brown when she was born, which soon turned completely auburn pink as a result of her Tybaulk infusing with her pyro magic.

- ANNIE: Origins depicts Annie with brown hair, but Trouble states that she has "bright red" hair.
- Her current appearance was due to an unknown adopted family that lived around the Ironspike Mountain regions of Noxus.
- It is implied that Annie's pyrokinetic magic passively shields her from the cold of winter, being perfectly fine in a short-sleeved dress. If she had to actively use her visible flames to keep warm, it is more likely that a "meanie" devoured by Tibbers that had stopped Annie on the road would have avoided antagonizing her in the first place.
- Annie was one of the first six champions designed (the others being Lee Sin, Singed, Sion, Sivir, and Twisted Fate).
- She's one of the youngest champions currently being only 9 years old.
