Anthony is a major antagonist in the 1963 krimi film The Strangler of Blackmoor Castle. Anthony is the butler and accomplice of Lucius Clark and a gifted diamond cutter. Anthony was entrusted with cutting diamonds Lucius stole from the stepfather of Mike Pierce after killing him. Anthony was obsessively greedy and wanted the diamonds for himself to perfect and not to sell.
When Pierce killed people around Lucius to send a message of wanting the diamonds back, Anthony maniacally demanded the uncut diamonds from Lucius. When that didn't work, he threatened Lucius' niece, Claridge Dorsett. Pierce appeared and strangled Anthony dead while Dorsett was being attacked. Pierce would alter die in a failed escape by drowning in a lake.
