Francisco Mendoza Chavez, also known as Aquarius, is the main antagonist of 3 From Hell. He is the son of the Unholy Two gang member Rondo and the leader of the Black Satans gang.
He was portrayed by Emilio Rivera.
Biography[]
After the death of his father Rondo, and when Carlos Perro recognizes Otis B. Driftwood, Baby Firefly, and Foxy Coltrane who are at his place, he alerts Aquarius to their location. When Aquarius and his henchmen arrive, they start hunting for Otis, Baby, and Foxy and as well kill the three prostitutes, Juanita, Princesa, and Bella in the process.
After many of his henchmen are killed, he and his remaining henchmen manage to capture Foxy and Baby, then has them draw Otis out into the open. Otis squares off against one of Aquarius's men in a machete fight while Sebastian silently frees both Baby and Foxy, but is shot and killed in the process.
This enrages Aquarius, distracting one of his men in the machete fight and allowing Otis to gain the upper hand. After Otis, Baby, and Foxy kill his remaining henchmen, they manage to overpower Aquarius and burn him to death inside one of the coffins he had brought with him to bury Otis, Baby, and Foxy inside of.
