No way! Any rich girl would have done. Then I tell the parents, "Fork over some cash or your kid gets gassed!" I can get an easy 200 mil!

Say what you want! Keep sucking gas and die!
~ Arashi Kazefuki

Arashi Kazefuki is a human operator and a in the Mega Man Battle Network series. He operated AirMan.EXE and was an agent of Gospel, though he is presumed to have died after failing a mission.

Mega Man Battle Network[]

Arashi first appears disguised as a repairman, showing up at Yai's house supposedly due to a ventilation problem. As she bathes, her ventilation system releases a poisonous gas, knocking her out. Arashi does not yet release enough gas to kill her, though, as he intends on keeping her alive to extort her parents for money. He demands that they pay him large sums of money, lest he gas her to death. Lan, Dex, and Mayl all arrive as soon as they can, fanning the gas away as they jack in to the malfunctioning ventilation system. There, they find AirMan controlling the system. Lan and MegaMan face AirMan when Arashi reveals his plans. After a battle between MegaMan and AirMan, MegaMan emerges victorious, saving Yai. After this defeat, Arashi finds himself in a subway station reprimanded for his failure. This scene ends with an exploding suitcase bomb, and it implies that Arashi was killed as punishment for this failure. His lack of an appearance past this point supports the notion that he died.

Interestingly, some people dismiss this alleged death as he appears in the spin-off game Mega Man Battle Chip Challenge, though this game is not actually canonical to the main series.
