Arbell is an anime-only villain in the anime and manga series One Piece. She is a major antagonist of the anime-only Ice Hunter Arc, the wife of Sakchow, a member of the Accino Family, the older sister of Lil and Hockera, and the daughter of Don Accino.
She was voiced by Yūko Nagashima (who also voiced White Delmo leader in Agent Aika) in Japanese and Carli Mosier (who also voiced Lucy in Elfen Lied OVA, Genocide Jack in Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc, Suzuka in Akame Ga Kill!, Haruki Sagae in Akuma no Riddle, Mako Fujisaki in Brynhildr in the Darkness, and Myouga Unzen in Medaka Box) in English.
Appearance
Arbell is the young woman with purple hair, who is top on her long pigtail thief on red bows, light blue and gold, red lipstick, and black eyes. She wears a figure skater coat with red consists has a orange colored with yellow lines until their ends at her white sleeves and the chest, figure light blue skater skirt with pink lines, and figure white skate shoes with dark purple socks and silver lines. She also is wearing a gold earrings with hoop and red necklace with skull on it.

Biography
Lovely Land Arc
She is the wife of Salchow, the daughter of Don Accino, and the older sister of Lil and Hockera is seeming first appearance on the family.
Arbell, her husband Salchow and the rest of her siblings will battle to kidnapped Thousand Sunny, went face off their crew. Later, Franky using the Coup de Burst to sending to the flying ship.
Arbell and Salchow getting back together to performance the attack twice row, number one of hurt is Usopp, second Sanji to kicking managing through Salchow off. However, Sanji got Arbell to caught, not good to be her excitement. Before the fight battle, Arbell and Salchow released to be a skater into the circle on their ice through Usopp and Sanji at this time, and later stomping into the ice and made it through falling onto the penguin water infesting, yelling their gave up. While Luffy in made it to the Lovely Land Arc, Arbell, her husband Salchow, Brindo, and Campacino found them, now everyone got their assaulting from Sanji. When everyone using at this same time topic of him after (they used her to distracted him), Nami walking through to finish Arbell has the Thunderbolt Tempo as defeated.
