The Archaeopteryx Evo is the main antagonist in episode 16 of 1983 TV series called Kagaku Sentai Dynaman.

He is voiced by Eisuke Yoda.

History

The Archaeopteryx Evo made his first appearance at the crater of the volcano known as Mt. Aso as he was taken on a trip with Prince Megiddo and a squadron of Tail Soldiers as he took a plunge to the magma down below.

A while later when the Dynaman arrived at the disturbance in Kyushu both he and the Tail Soldiers ambushed the group. So with that the team transformed and battle Archaeopteryx Evo and the Tailed Soldiers. Now during the fight the Archaeopteryx Evo transformed into the legendary Firebird as he takes on the Dynaman, but they counter it with their Mach Speed and with that Megiddo shows and belittle the Archaeopteryx Evo for using up the heat from the magma and teleports both the Dino bird and himself out of here.

Back at the base of operation Megiddo was scolding the Archaeopteryx Evo for using his powers on something like that. So with that he shoved the Archaeopteryx Evo into the chamber as he gains more heat from the magma. Back at the base the Archaeopteryx Evo is still charging from the heat of the magma when suddenly one of the operatives knows the team where abouts so with that Megiddo sent the squadron out to keep the team occupied until the Archaeopteryx Evo has fully charged.

Once Hokuto has reached the base of operation the Archaeopteryx Evo has about 40 minutes left until he's fully charge. Thankfully he's managed to reach there in time as he destroyed the chamber that contains the Archaeopteryx Evo, so with that Megiddo commands the squadron of tail soldiers to take on DynaRed. Now with 30 minutes to spare Megiddo and the Archaeopteryx Evo flee the complex and were about to heads towards the volcano only to be stopped by the Dynaman on horse back and then stops them in their tracks. So with that Megiddo sends out the Tail Soldiers and the Archaeopteryx Evo to take on the Dynaman. Once the Tail Soldiers are taken care of the Archaeopteryx Evo flees the volcano as the Dynaman chases after him. Being persistent onto the Archaeopteryx Evo he used this ability sets the team on fire, but they easily dodges it. He then becomes the firebird burn the team to a crisp, but Yousuke used the Dyna Rod and performs the Blue Water Whirlpool as he puts out the Archaeopteryx Evo. After that he was then brought down for the count with their Super Dynamite.

However the Archaeopteryx Evo has undergo a big bang as he enlarges himself prompting team to bring out Dyna Robo to take on the giant Archaeopteryx Evo. Now during the fight the Archaeopteryx Evo take to the sky as he sets himself on fire and tries to melt the team within the mecha, but they counter it with a Dyna Beam and shot the aviator down to the ground. After that the Archaeopteryx Evo was then destroyed by this finisher called Lightning Gravity Fall.
