Biography[]
Arisa is a human who was converted into a Neo-Human by the Neo-Human Empire. She was used in a scheme by Fog Banbara to gain Goro Watari's trust and cover up the existence of their new bomber jet. After Goro Watari and the Youth League went to investigate sightings of a UFO in the area the Neo-Humans were testing the bomber, Fog Banbara had Arisa pretend to be a reporter who had also taken a photo of the bomber and staged an attack on her so Goro would rescue her. While Goro took Arisa to a safe location Fog Banbara sent Phantom Soldiers to destroy Raijingo after Gosaku and the others left it alone to search for Goro. While Goro left the cabin to go retrieve Raijingo before it could be destroyed, Fog Banbara attacked and gave Arisa an opportunity to steal the photo from Katsumi.
Arisa was later found by Goro, and claimed she had taken the photo because she feared it would cause Goro's friends to be attacked again. She also claimed to have sprained her ankle, but after Goro lowered his guard Arisa revealed herself as a Neo-Human and attacked him before fleeing as soon as Goro's friends showed up. Fog Banbara then attempted to use her to lure Goro into a trap by having Arisa run in a specific direction which, unbeknownst to either of them, contained a minefield. After being saved by Goro and discovering that Fog Banbara had tricked her, Arisa told Goro about the Neo-Human Empire bomber jet that they planned to bomb Tokyo with. The two were then attacked by the bomber jet and Arisa was injured. Goro brought Arisa to a safe location before becoming Inazuman and leaving to destroy the jet. When he returned, Goro found that Arisa had crawled away somewhere, leaving a bloody trail behind and Goro uncertain if she was alive or dead.
