Arkade is a minor antagonist of Season 9: Hunted of LEGO Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu.
He is a Dragon Hunter who hunted Dragons alongside the other Hunters led by Iron Baron. Arkade has a fundamental role in the Hunters' society, as he is responsible for giving gears and rations to Hunters depending on the result of a slot machine implanted in his chest. He is also among the many Hunters who joined Iron Baron in his hunt of the ninja.
He is voiced by Michael Donovan.
Biography[]
Hunted[]
Iron & Stone[]
When Daddy No Legs was taking the ninja to the Pit, Arkade saw them passing, with Zane unwilling catching his attention. He took the Nindroid by the shoulder and welcomed him to the Dead's End before asking if he can have Zane's parts once he expires (I.e. dies). Zane didn't answer and simply took his shoulder off Arkade's hand before continuing, leaving the Hunter to watch him go.
Radio Free Ninjago[]
When Iron Baron ordered the preparation of the hunt, he berated Arkade for looking at him in a way Baron disliked. The night of the hunt, when Jet Jack was explaining the story of Iron Baron's search for the Dragon Armor and his enmity toward Firstbourne, Arkade encouraged Jet Jack on explaining more about the story. When the pole with the ninja attracted a Wind Dragon, Arkade went to his vehicle in order to chase the Dragon, eventually succeeding with Heavy Metal bringing it down.
How to Build a Dragon[]
Arkade was serving a line Hunters with either gears or food one by one. When a Huntress appeared, his slot machine rolled and ended with a row of three gears, causing Arkade to give the Huntress a gear. When a Hunter came next, Arkade's slot machine rolled and ended with a row of three question marks, causing Arkade to give the Hunter a banana, much to the latter's confusion. However, Zane managed to steal a gear from Arkade while the slot machine Hunter wasn't looking.
Two Lies, One Truth[]
Arkade was among the many Hunters who joined Iron Baron in his hunt for the ninja. He witnessed the captured Daddy No Legs and Muzzle and their talk with Iron Baron, also the latter's enraged when learning that Heavy Metal (revealed to be Faith under a false identity) sided with the ninja. He latter joined Jet Jack's Hunter group to capture Heavy Metal and the ninja.
At one point during the chase, his Hunter Speeder caught up with the Jay and Zane's and his slot machine rolled before ending with a row of three gears. Seeing this, Jay believed he and the ninja won the gambling, but Arkade pulled out a Chain Rifle and fired it at the two ninja's speeder, with another Hunter doing the same. However, Zane managed to crash both Arkade and the Hunter into a big rock. Arkade survived the crash, albeit off-screen.
The Weakest Link[]
During Iron Baron's chase of the ninja, Arkade was the Dieselnaut's pilot. When the ninja boarded said vehicle in an attempt to steal it in order to escape Baron's Hunters, Wu lifted the hatch where Arkade was and ordered him to get out. Arkade replied "Make me, kid!" and proceeded to face the teenager. Shortly after that, he got wraped in a chain fired from a Chain Rifle and gets thrown out of the Dieselnaut.
Saving Faith[]
After the ninja were captured through a trap with Faith as the bait, Arkade was among the Hunters celebrating. When Faith attempted to expose Iron Baron's lies, Arkade argued with the other Hunters before Baron silenced them by threatening them. Arkade witnessing Wu's fight with the Hunters, Iron Baron's offer to Wu, and witnessing the departing of the two of them to Firstbourne's nest.
Lessons for a Master[]
Arkade was among the Hunters arguing about whether to side with the ninja or not, before eventually concluding with freeing the ninja and siding with them.
When Firstbourne came out of the Dragon Nest, Arkade noticed and alerted the Hunters about her before running away terrified along with other Hunters, soon before it was revealed that Wu was the one riding her. Arkade later witnessing the ninja's goodbye to Faith and them leaving the First Realm to Ninjago.
Personality[]
Not much of Arkade's personality is known, as he rarely spoke in his screentime.
Firstly, he seems to be interested on machines such as Nindroids, as seen when he asked Zane if he could have his parts after the ninja's death. He also seemed to be slightly sadistic since he pronounced the word "expire" with a dark-like tone. In the night of the hunt of the Wind Dragon, he appears to be interesting in the story Jet Jack tells. Despite giving gears or rations to the Hunters every time his slot machine rolls, he is against giving stuff to who he considers foes, as seen when he fired a Chain Rifle at Jay and Zane after his slot machine roll, instead of giving a gear to them. He is also dareful enough to face against enemies, since he confronted Wu in the Dieselnaut when the latter asked him to leave. Additionally, he was fearful of Firstbourne and was ready to run for his life should the mother of all Dragons be nearby. However, he soon shed that fear away once it was revealed Firstbourne is not the Hunter's enemy anymore.

Trivia[]
- His name is a pun to the word "Arcade."
- This could also references the slot machine he has on his chest, since it is similar to a gambling arcade machine.
- Despite Arkade's slot machine having Chain Rifle icons, it never rolled a row of three of those icons.
- While he did pulled out a Chain Rifle after his slot machine rolled, the icons were normal gears.
- Interestingly enough, his slot machine rolls always end up with a row of three identical icons.
- He is the only Dragon Hunter who directly confronted Wu aside from Iron Baron. This was for a short time, however.
- His eyes can be sometimes visible through the visor of his helmet. Aside from that, the rest of his face is never seen.
- His LEGO Minifigure uses Muzzle's faceprint. It's unexplained why.
- In the show, his right hand is orange. But in his LEGO Minifigure, his right hand is black.
- Additionally, the slot machine in his chest is 3D, but it is 2D in his LEGO Minifigure.
