Don't blame me.

Blame the franchise.

~ Arnold to Alex and Joel before his infinity transformation.

Arnold Shpitz is a prominent member of the Infinity Franchise. He is a major boss/antagonist in the Lisa fan-game, LISA: The Pointless, acting as the last enemy encounter in the Downtown Olathe area.

Biography[]

LISA: The Pointless[]

Before the apocalyptic event known as "The White Flash", Arnold was the proprietor of a family chop shop at the outskirts of Downtown Olathe and had no previous history of being involved in any kind of criminal activity.

After the Flash, Arnold found an Infinity Jersey and started wearing it, becoming a member of the Infinity Franchise as a consequence. Due to the Franchise's influence, Arnold became a violent murderer who kills anyone that crosses his path, eventually attaining a very high-rank in the organization.

At some point he met a mysterious yellow-tied man and killed him. The man had a strange pink pill in his suitcase. Arnold took this and found a franchiser joy mutant named "Lardo". He managed to kill it in a few punches and saw Alex Churchland behind him. He glanced at him and walked off.

Arnold was later approached by Derf Pigtails, claiming that Arnold was his idol. In response, Arnold turned around and decimated his head in a swift punch.

Alex and Joel arrive at the end of the Downtown Olathe area. Arnold is there, playing with his pink pill. When Alex asks him why is he trying to kill them, Arnold simply says that it was a "corporate decision". Joel isn't surprised that Arnold cannot come up with a proper answer. Arnold then asks them if they're scared of death, throws the pill down the cliff and says that it isn't easy. Alex asks if he's really going to fight them for no reason. Arnold responds with "Don't blame me, blame the franchise." and begins fighting Alex and Joel. Regardless of the outcome of the fight, the two will run away and leave Downtown Olathe.

Appearance[]

Arnold is a middle aged man with messy black hair and a toothbrush moustache. For clothing, Arnold wears a pair of black trousers and the infamous infinity jersey worn by all members of the Franchise. He also wears a pair of grey brass knuckles.

Personality[]

Like most other members of the Franchise, Arnold is a violent man who commits acts of extreme cruelty for no reason. He has little to no self-value, referring to himself as "no one in particular", indicating that he sees himself as nothing but a tool for the Franchise.

Trivia[]

  • Arnold is somewhere around the 9th fold of the Franchise. To reach the 9th fold, one must kill 360 people, however since each kill must be "senseless", Arnold might have possibly killed far more people.
  • During his fight with Joel and Alex, Arnold was already tired and was unable to use his full strength.
  • He acts as a foil to Roland. They are both the final force Alex and Joel have to face in order to leave Garbage Island and Downtown Olathe respectively. But while Roland is hated by everyone, Arnold is loved and admired. Roland is a heavy guy but fights with no technique, Arnold is a small man but is very skilled at boxing. Roland is very devoted to the Cellophane Communion and Arnold is just a vessel of the Infinity Franchise.
  • His battle theme is Land, which had been used previously in the game with lower speed as the Downtown Olathe theme. His second phase's theme is Firebird and his third phase uses a slowed down version of the same song.
