Arthur Kwon (shortly known as Mr. Kwon) is a minor antagonist in FPJ’s Batang Quiapo third arc.
He is one of the former business associates of Don Julio Montenegro and Ramon Montenegro who’s a drug distributor originated from East Asia with his granddaughter and apprentice Veronica. He later cuts ties with the Montenegros for blaming them for their failed transaction caused by NADCOM’s infiltration and Tanggol who secretly stoled their supplies.
He is played by Leo Martinez.
Biography[]
Originated from East Asia, he established drug dealing businesses throughout Asia alongside with his granddaughter Veronica whom he raised and mentored throughout her life. He made partnership with Don Julio Montenegro and Ramon Montenegro to expand their drug dealing businesses through Philippines.
One day, he visits Philippines to have transactions with the Montenegros and Tanggol was introduced to be the successor of their businesses. Unbeknownst to him with the Montenegros, Tanggol is hatching a plot to end their drug dealing businesses for his philanthropic act. Don Gustavo Guerrero alongside with Roberto Guerrero and Miguelito Guerrero, also joined his transactions with Montenegros. Surprisingly, NADCOM raided the port where the transaction is held allowed him to escape and give his supplies to the Montenegros. Later on, he was enraged to the Montenegros for failing to keep his supplies thanks to Tanggol, Divina, and their team Wating who were responsible for sabotaging the transaction by stealing their drug supplies.
Few days later, he confronts the Montenegros for their debt in losing his drugs, threatening them that they are blacklisted to their associates and notes that they are bad business. Moments later, he attempted to call one of his business partners to destroy the Montenegros’ reputation until Ramon ambushed his convoy causing the deaths of his men and Veronica. Surrounded by Ramon, he was shot by the latter in the chest defenselessly and finally dies after Ramon repeatedly shot him in the chest.

Arthur Kwon is shown to be intelligent individual who is very business-proficient man. With his proficiency in business he is no-nonsense man as he heavily focuses in his success of his dealings and hates when someone sabotages his transactions that would cause a huge failure which he hates. He would be also unfriendly to his business partners who have failed his business transaction such as the Montenegros and he is capable to blacklists his failed business partners with his other associates by slandering them.

- His actor is played by Leo Martinez who was also casted in FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano which was also starred by Coco Martin playing as Bartolome “Kap Bart” Bulaan prior being casted to Coco Martin’s FPJ Batang Quiapo.
- It is implied that he originated in South Korea, due to his surname Kwon which is originated in Korea, though it wasn’t explicitly specified that he is from South Korea and it was just mentioned that he is from East Asia.
