Arturo Rey is one of the secondary antagonists (along with Eddie Escovado and Tonio Mateos) in Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands first DLC, "Narco Road". He is a high-ranking member of the The Santa Blanca Cartel's hierarchy and the leader of The Death Riders Gang within the cartel. The mercenary then finds out about Arturo's plan to blow up multiple buildings with people in it to accompany him to the afterlife. After the mercenary defuses the bombs without Arturo knowing.
