Augusto Pinochet Ugarte, also known as El Conde, is the titular main protagonist of the chilean 2023 horror-comedy movie El Conde. He is the fictionalized version of the chilean dictator of the same name, but in this movie being a 250 years old vampire that came from France.
He was portrayed by Jaime Vadell.

Augusto Pinochet, born as Claude Pinoche, was abandoned as a child, living the first 20 years of his life in an orphanage in France.
Later, he got to become a proud officer of the army of Luis XVI, but every night he will go to drink and harass any prostitute near the bar. One day, while drunk, his true self appear, biting one of the prostitute in the neck, after that, he got beat up and sent to the hospital, where he was interrogated, and after his answer where he explained them that he didn't remember doing that, the girls and priest restrained him to stab him in the heart with a stake, something that they failed to do, Claude ended up killing all of them using the mace that they intended to use on him.
In the Revolution against Luis XVI, Pinochet deserted from the army instead of protecting his king, watching how Marie Antoinette and his king got decapitated, and by how Antoinette looked, he got an obsession with her, going to lick her blood from the guillotine.
After all this events, Pinochet decided to fake his own death, getting a new identity, all in order to go in his new goal to stop any type of revolution, even attending his own funeral. And because of his obsession, he stole the head of Marie Antoinette from her grave, bringing him with him to any of his travels, and after that, he disappeared. Later, he reappeared multiples times as a soldier, fighting revolutions in Haiti, Russia and Argelia.
But after a time, he got bored of being a soldier, wanting to become someone even more powerful, a king, so he looked for a weak country to take over, getting his eyes on Chile. He became a soldier of high ranking in the country, now with a new name Augusto Pinochet Ugarte. Then he married a woman named Lucia Hiriart, so he can do his plan as he wanted, so years later he betrayed the president Salvador Allende, by doing a coup against him, getting him killed in a terrorist attack, taking over the control of Chile as a dictator.
As a dictator, Pinochet organized multiples mass executions to every person that opposed him, enjoying to steal and kill everything he could of the people of Chile. At one moment, he met a man named Miguel Krassnov, and after seeing how much of a monster he was, he decided to transform him into a vampire as him, enjoying with him the suffering that they got to make in all the chileans. His reign of terror would end, when the majority of chile decided to take Pinochet out of the precedence, but in the moment where he was going to get arrested, Pinochet faked his death again in front of all his family, in his birthday, later going to an isolated house, to live with his wife and Miguel Krassnov, now being his butler, where now, tired of everything, Pinochet stopped drinking blood after losing his motivation, waiting for his death.
El Conde[]
After multiples murders happen, pretty much murders of a vampire, the children of Pinochet go to visit him, to confirm if it was him who did it, and mostly because they wanted to get a lot of money from their father. When they get there, Pinochet greets them, deciding to give them some important documents that may cost a lot.
And in those moments when Pinochet was feeling without any motivation, he starts falling in love with a girl, an accountant, that wanted to help the children to get their money, she starts to seduce Pinochet, something that gets him to feel motivated to live again. With his new motivations of living, Pinochet went to hunt people, killing multiples people in multiples ways, only to get their hearts and drink the blood in it. It's for those moments where it is revealed that the one who went in a murder spree at the beginning of the movie, was Krassnov, and not Pinochet, all in a way to get him killed, as he wanted.
After more seduction of the accountant, that revealed to be a nun, he ends up biting her and transforms her into a vampire, something that he didn't do to his actual wife, even when she asked him in multiples occasions for it. After that, and noticing that Pinochet have been fooled by that nun, his mother, Margaret Thatcher intervenes the scene, revealing that he is in fact her son, and that they should start a new life together, asking him to kill the nun, something that Pinochet refuses to do. In that moment, Lucia enters the room, noticing how the nun was a vampire now, something that makes her pretty angry towards Pinochet, who recriminates her how she betrayed him too, smelling the odor of Fyodor on her (who recently bit her).
While the children prepare to face any of the vampires, Fyodor and Lucia prepare to kill any of the other vampires, Pinochet gets the nun to his private place, a reconstruction of the royal life in France, where he kept the head of Marie Antoinette, offering it as a gift to the girl. In that moment it is revealed that in reality, she always planned to get closer to him to kill him, something that disappoints him, but only that, so he threatens her with a sword, causing her to escape floating from him. After this, Pinochet teams up with her mother, killing Lucia and then Fyodor, who ended up catching up with the nun first, and decapitated her.
At the end, Pinochet abandons his children and goes with her mother to get the things that actually were very expensive, some books that he saved from all his time as a vampire. So Pinochet and Margaret, drink the blood of the three vampires they got killed, rejuvenating incredibly thanks to the properties of the blood of the vampires, after that, Pinochet rejuvenated to the point of becoming a kid, where he will restart his life with his mother, planning to stay in Chile to continue with his goals and crimes.
