Lady Aurelia Hammerlock is one of the playable protagonists in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel and the secondary antagonist of its follow-up Borderlands 3.
She is voiced by Kenneisha Thompson.
Story[]
Heiress of Hammerlock family fortune, Aurelia is the sister of Sir Alistair Hammerlock, yet she had a strained relationship with him due to her mistreatment towards him. As an upper-class socialite, Aurelia travel around the galaxy and hunts the most dangerous creatures around. She turned on her own flesh and blood (whom she never had a good relationship anyway) all for the sake of further tormenting her brother.
During Borderlands 3, Aurelia teamed up with Tyreen Calypso and her brother Troy Calypso (entering a sexual relationship with the latter) to take over Jakobs Corporation by killing the owner Montgomery Jakobs.
Personality[]
Originally having a moral compass that at least could generally sometimes point to the side of good, and polite to those she met despite constantly expressing her superiority, Aurelia ultimately did have a line she herself would never cross, and showed genuine displeasure whenever someone went too far even for her. She nonetheless abandoned this later and became fully evil.
