Kakavasha, or better known as Aventurine is a major antagonist and playable character of the 2023 science fantasy turn-based tactical role-playing game Honkai: Star Rail.
His cornerstone is "Aventurine of Strategems". He exudes a playful demeanor and is not afraid to take chances. People find it hard to figure out what his genuine feelings are because of his never-ending smile. Having wagered against destiny itself, he has gained his current position. He sees life as a high-risk, high-reward venture, and he executes this specific bet with skill and ease.
He is voiced by Yang Chaoran in the Chinese version, Camden Sutkowski in the English, Kawanishi Kengo in the Japanese version and Park Jun-won in the Korean version.

Origins[]
Born as Kakavasha in the planet of Sigonia-IV, the planet environment is to be extremely harsh and isolated from the rest of the galaxy, the people in the planet are in tribes and the most notable once are called the Katicans and their rival the Avgins the latter in which Aventurine was from and they worship a god called Gaiathra Triclops and even has a special day for their god called Kakava in which is the day that marked her rebirth.
The Sigonians where victims of racism by rumors of them being liars, thieves and murders but in reality, the Sigonians were actually beautiful people with attractive facial features along with beautiful eyes and high intelligence, but these talents were the reasons why the Sigonians attracted jealousy by others and caused them to be discriminated against. Until one day, strange figures who came from the malicious and devious Interstral Peace Corporation claimed they wanted to help the Sigonians. But in reality, they wished to conquer their planet and enslave them for their own interests, viewing the Sigonians as savages with hope of enlightenment. While some Sigonian clans wanted to join like the Katicans, the Avgins were suspicious of them. Thus, the opportunistic Katicans would banish the Avgins to the desert.
Aventurine's father had already died before he was born.
As a baby, his mother would pray to their god to bless her child with the power of luck. He tries to use this 'gift' to take back his sister's necklace from the Katicans after his mother passed away.
His sister was the only family he had and when he began to question the god's existence. He and his sister had to part ways so the Katicans wouldn't find them.
Later on in his life, he became a slave to someone from the IPC, who he later killed and as a result was sent to prison. It was here, that the IPC member Jade decided to recruit him into the organization and was how he became a part of the Ten Stonehearts.

Trivia[]
- Aventurine's Divergent Universe Boss variant was initially added in the initial update, but was removed for being a fake difficulty boss with infuriating gimmicks in addition for the trial and error luck-based gameplay. The Apocalyptic Shadow variant has a reworked & manageable boss gimmick, mainly to aim the required high score.
