Axle P. Biggs is the main antagonist of Cars 3 book, Cars Origins: Storm Chasing. He is an entrepreneur, billionaire, and the founder of Biggs Industries.
Personality[]
Biggs is a very nice, charming and chasrimatic when he employed Ray Reverham, to find promising racing cars to be trained there.
When Storm won he was very happy, after that Axle was a blackmailer due to repeated bad behavior, Biggs was cold when he decided to fire Jackson.
Biography[]
He organized this tournament to find a worthy racer for his team. His team was able to recruit piston cup racers Storm and Tim Treadless out of the 10 cars that entered this competition, Jackson was the winner.
Mr. Biggs blackmailed Storm, saying that if he did not become a racer then he would have to return all the money that he won from the tournament, and that he would not be involved in the video-gaming business. Storm then accepted the offer, but his cockiness was hard to deal with.
Due to repeated bad behaviour, Mr. Biggs decided to fire Jackson. Ray saw some kind of potential in Jackson, however, and decided to leave the training centre with him.
After that Reverham ordered him to apologize to Tim and others. Eventually, Axle P. Biggs, owner of the Biggs Industries and racing team, had decided on selecting Tim Treadless as a team racer, despite Storm having better achievements in training, as he believed that Jackson wasn't suitable to represent brand due to his behavior that he presented throughout the training.
