Biography[]
Ayaka was the older friend of Sakura Igarashi and the childhood friend of her older brother Ikki, whom she had a crush on.
Jealous of her sister Miharu receiving more attention from their mother than her, Ayaka went to the Deadmans dressed in a hood and received the Kong Proto Vistamp from Aguilera, which she used to summon the Kong Deadman as her inner demon from within her. Ayaka then paid a lowly criminal named Namio Yoshida to kidnap her and Sakura in order to get her mother's attention.
After Yoshida took them both hostage, and while the forces of Fenix battled the Deadman and Giff Juniors outside, Yoshida told Ayaka to call her mom so he could demand money from them, but when Ayaka tried calling her mother she didn't pick up, being too busy watching her sister practice. It was at that point that Sakura was able to get free and use her martial arts skills to incapacitate Yoshida, who was arrested once the Kong Deadman was destroyed.
Ayaka would then visit the Deadmans again to receive another Proto Vistamp from them. After visiting her sister's concert, Ayaka confronted her mother about why she hadn't picked up the phone when she called her, to which her mother said she didn't realize her call was urgent. Ayaka then pulled out the Proto Vistamp and used it to summon another Kong Deadman. Ikki and Vice became Kamen Rider Revice, but Ayaka promptly signed a second contract to merge with the Kong Deadman and become a Phase 2 Deadman.
With her new powers, Ayaka kidnapped Miharu and brought her to the roof of a building. However, Ikki then showed up with Ayaka's mother, who apologized to Ayaka for neglecting to give her attention and went to hug her. Ayaka attempted to reconcile with her mom, but her inner demon overtook her and turned her into a rampaging monster. Ikki then became Kamen Rider Revi Ptera Genome and chased the Phase 2 Kong Deadman through the city before catching up to it and destroying it with a Rider Kick, freeing Ayaka from being possessed by it. Ayaka then fell through the sky, only to be caught by Ikki. She was later brought to a Fenix hospital to be treated, where she was visited by her mom.
