Robb N. Graves, better known as Azmodiuz, is an extreme metal musician, cult leader and music personality featured in the dark metal storylines as its Satanic, anarchist leader.
Although technically based on a real person, Azmodiuz as a whole is the split personality featured in its various storylines, background and legend surrounding the person itself, thus leaving it credible to be a fictionalized version of a living person through exaggeration.
Personality[]
Azmodiuz should be known as not necessarily a tragic figure, although there are some elements that could leave him as such, given being a misfit, an outcast, and inability to find true love. These do not justify becoming a manipulative and destructive thrill seeker.
He does show true loyalty to those who he sees as his own, but is quick to turn on others who become unreliable. In some depictions, he's shown to be mischievous and have some comedic moments, though these don't detract from his evil intentions. Also, he's strongly nihilistic and self-destructive, implying suicidal tendencies through numerous appearances.
Azmodiuz seems to truly care about his beliefs, as he stands up for the disadvantaged, victims of bullying and despises conformity, the mainstream, the media, censorship and corruption. And unlike most anarchists or individuals of punk culture, he truly hates all politicians and the justice system.
A most redeemable trait is that he refuses to hurt animals, children or the elderly, in one instance he stopped from performing an arson on an old barn when he found a nest of feral kittens living inside.
Although some depictions promote him as a sadistic, spiteful sadist, recently he's been shown as a cold, cunning and strategic leader, rather than an impulsive and deranged psychopath. Despite this, he still takes intense pleasure in the suffering of others he considers "the damned".
Some other signs of his sadism include his pleasure in the pain of infants, such as watching his adoptive niece crying after injuring herself, seen smiling and laughing, or when strangers he dislikes begin to yell at him, he grins and nods. It's been widely attributed he suffers from a sadomasochistic disorder. Despite this, he doesn't openly engage in attacks on individuals themselves, and is capable of remorse to a select few.
He takes great pride in the death of teenage girls, due to his speculated involuntary celibate demeanor.
Biography[]
Azmodiuz originally was born Oystein Løfgren Aarseth, known as 'Euronymous' in his past life, but was fatally killed by Varg Vikernes. His soul, when reincarnated, hosted into the birth of Robb N. Graves, leaving the newborn with a twisted but possessed personality, having absorbed the evil, chaotic personality while also blending with that of his own.
During childhood, despite a nurturing and loving family, he grew morbid obsession with tragic events, frequently drawing pictures of 9/11 and the sinking of Titanic during class, growing concerns for counseling. Frequently terrorized by students, he once brought a dead snake to school that he found on side of the road to terrorize everyone before being suspended, later being forced to change schools. At his new school, he met Gorthryn and would happily begin to exploit the mentally disturbed student's psychotic doings, such as cutting himself and sucking his own blood, something Azmodiuz found very satisfying to watch. Through him, he'd eventually meet Night Crawler and Darkblade.
With Darkblade, Azmodiuz took interest in the child with a broken lifestyle and abusive mother, convincing his own parents to agree with DB's to foster him periodically, raising the two like brothers. Then, Azmo would corrupt DB, who suffered from clinic insanity and low intellegence, and nurture him to be his "Prince of Darkness", and the two began their own cult, which Darkblade was underboss to. Both Gorthryn, Night Crawler and Infernalist would soon become anti-apostles, while Azmodiuz expanded his cult like methods throughout the school and county, hoping to encourage troubled children or misfits to follow him.
Many actions involved pagan rituals, black magic, voodoo practices and nearly all of the followers soon became Satanists who followed a strong anarchist union. This would eventually expand into him forming his own record label, Dark Cloud Records where he continued to spread Satanism and anarchy, mostly including him capitalizing off tragedies and mass shootings.
His brother Darkblade would at one point murder his own boss, along with his own lover, from a previous label, which after bring released due to lack of evidence, Azmodiuz capitalized off this by showing him off to many events with extended security, relishing in the idea of having a murderer among them.
Then, through proxies, unleashed numerous arsons throughout his local community, three known being two old, abandoned textile mills and a house for sale located in his own home community.
Villainous Actions[]
- As children, Azmodiuz would nurture and corrupt numerous misfits or disadvantaged youths, instead of trying to coerce them to do better. He encouraged they seek vengeance and embrace their vengeful nature, not just on their abusers but on the conformist society as a whole.
- Often personally vandalizes and has graffiti on private property, inducing fear into others. Sometimes does this to people who have done absolutely nothing to him or his cult, just to take advantage of inducing fear.
- Inspired numerous arsons of abandoned historic mills, having his adoptive brother mastermind the tasks themselves, causing entire neighborhood evacuations and spread fear throughout the entire county.
- Joined a Chick-Fil-A, noting its Christian environment, and tried to get fired for being an obvious Satanist, hoping to get settlement money after sueing for "religious intolerance" to fund his actions further. He went as far as to cyberbully the employees anonymously just to gather spite.
- Encourages his cult following to stalk, Doxx and terrorize others whose views oppose their own.
- Has betrayed numerous local bands, considering a monopolized hierarchy where he'll step on any competition, even others who don't wanna seek it, just to put his own label and cult on top, even some who have shown him compassion.
- Disregards the idea of heavy metal being a loving and supportive community that welcomes all, instead wants it to instill fear, rebellion and terror into others. Furthermore, acts as the "metal police" and dictator of the scene itself.
- When his colleague Young Vibez, and his own apprentice Lil Foxy were murdered by Darkblade due to tears of Vibez betraying the original scene, Azmodiuz took advantage of the situation to capitalize off it. He used Darkblade's infamy to gather more notoriety in the scene.
- Allowed his brother to vandalize the memorial to two dead teenagers, turning blind eye to racial and misogynistic slurs that was graffiti'd onto the memorial or the decorations was damaged. Though he did not participate or encourage this, he did not condemn them and even allowed Darkblade to use photographs of the vandalism for his new album.
- Encouraged his nephew Gorthryn to continue self-harm in order to enhance their notoriety.
- Did not care about any murders or attacks his followers did to innocents.
- Once ordered his security to rough up and throw out someone at a show of his for wearing a Harris/Walz hat.
- Performs criminal mischief and pranks to annoy others, along with spreading rumors.
Trivia[]
- Depending on depictions, such as during his EP 'Pentagrams', he seemed to share characteristics that later described Gorthryn. Though this may have been retconned, it could've depicted him as a "near pure evil" due to his fascination with self-harm and preferring to kill innocents.
