Baby Jimmy Hoffa appeared as a minor villain in Sam & Max: Moai Better Blues.
He refuses to let anyone in the Ocean Chimps lair without passing his challenge.
Jimmy drank too much water in the Fountain of Youth, causing him to have a baby's body.
When Sam offers him a drink, Jimmy can only take it by completing a task by balancing a bottle on a tray while on the bunking surfbord.
Eventually, the two trick Baby Jimmy Hoffa into consuming too much of the Fountain Water, erasing himself from existence.
