Specifically, they appear as the main antagonists of The Killer Bean and Killer Bean 2.1: The Party, and as major antagonists in Killer Bean Forever. They are a bean mafia led by Cappuccino whose main objective is trafficking weapons and narcotics.
They usually don't pose much of a challenge in fights, in contrast of the latter seen Mercenary Beans.

History[]
The Killer Bean[]
In this 1996 short, the Bad Beans are inside a sand-colored room with Killer Bean asleep while tied to a chair. The boss of the Bad Beans then proceeds to slap Killer Bean in the face to wake him up, asking him to identify himself. This leads to no response though, so the boss once again decides to slap him in the face, angering him. Killer Bean then yells that he's going to kill him, but the boss is not minimally scared. The boss then asks Killer Bean to identify himself one last time, to finally get the answer that it's "Jack Bean".
The boss is shocked by the discovery and decides to run away, just to get shot a few seconds later by another Bad Bean. After his death, Killer Bean laughs while other Bad Beans bring a green tall buff bean inside the room. The green bean prooceds to approach KIller Bean just to punch him in the face 3 times, with the last punch launching him on the wall and freeing him.
When Killer Bean seemed doomed, he gets picked up by two Bad Beans to get finished, but quickly manages to trick them by grabbing the two pistols they were carrying on their gun holders. A quick shooting then starts, with Killer Bean quickly murdering the green buff bean first. the next victims were the two blue beans that were holding him while unconscious. After killing them, Killer Bean looks over and notices another Bad Bean aiming a machine gun towards him. The Bad Bean opens fire at him just to get shot in the face in a few seconds. Lastly, the killer of the boss is the only left, who gets jumped by Killer Bean and shot in the face, ending the episode.
Killer Bean 2.1: The Party[]
The Bad Beans are first seen from a window inside a warehouse (possibly Cappuccino's). Annoyed by the music, Killer Bean calls the disc jockey complaining about how loud the music is, though he did not minimally care, turning the music up instead. After some more dancing, Killer Bean interrupts the party by breaking the warehouse's entrance with his car, looking for the disc jockey. He then quickly finds him and attemmpts to run him over, but failing.
Seeing that Killer Bean is trying to kill the disc jockey, the other Bad Beans start shooting towards him. After a few minutes of shooting each other, Killer Bean manages to take down all the Bad Beans with not much effort (also thanks to their incompetence, including one Bad Bean forgetting to whip out his pistol). The last surviving Bad Bean was the disc jockey, who later fights Killer Bean on the rooftoop of the warehouse, ending up dead.
Killer Bean Forever[]
In this movie the Bad Beans have more of a central role, rather than being the main villainous force they appear as a supporting one. The Bad Beans' main goal was actually not regarding Killer Bean, but instead it was then triggered because the attack on Cappuccino's warehouse, where his nephew was having a party. This pushed Cappuccino to put a bounty on his head, even hiring mercenaries to go after him. As usual, they manage to show how incompetent and lazy they are at doing their job in many scenes.
Killer Bean YouTube Series[]
NOTE: the series is still in the works, this paragraph will only talk about the episodes the Bad Beans appeared in.
The Bad Beans only make an appearance at the beginning of the first episode, where they are all discussing about problems, management and other thoughts (such as Cappuccino's death). While discussing they were eating foods such as french fries, donuts and other fast food material.
