The Baddie Bots is a group made by Romeo with robotic animal abilities that aim to ruin the evening in the TV series PJ Masks. Their initial appearance was in the Season 5 episode "Baddie Bots."

History

When Romeo, Robot, and Robette are searching the zoo for a kangaroo, gorilla, and crocodile. Romeo initially walks in the incorrect direction and meets the lions instead, who rip up his lab coat, since Robot unintentionally rotated a sign. The following day, Connor, Amaya, and Greg decide to look into a piece of Romeo's lab coat that they found.

The PJ Robot and the PJ Pets are waiting for them when they arrive at headquarters that evening. The PJ Crystal Totem and the abilities it bestows are now better understood thanks to PJ Robot. The PJ Picture Player informs them that Romeo appears to be causing problems in the city before he has a chance to notify the PJs about it. The PJs travel to Romeo's location with the help of the animals. Romeo discloses to the heroes that he researched the zoo animals to give himself and his robots animal abilities: Robette now has claws fashioned like crocodile heads, Robot has robotic gorilla hands, and Romeo constructs his own mechanical legs that enable him to jump like a kangaroo. However, the villains embarrass themselves when they attempt to demonstrate their new abilities and fail horribly. The PJs are about to return to HQ because they don't see them as a threat, but when Romeo challenges them to a battle of animal abilities, the PJs accept. They attempt to entice their animals to join them, but Owly, Lionel, and Alley Cat instead flee since they don't value the conflict.

So, without their companions, the PJs battle Romeo and his robots. Owlette handily defeats Robot in the first race to a flag on top of a building. In a strength competition, Gekko easily defeats Robotte, and Catboy triumphs over Romeo in a competition to see who can leap the furthest. The PJs take the mechanical legs, gorilla hands, and crocodile claws back to headquarters as their prizes. The seized innovations are haphazardly dumped near to the PJ Crystal in headquarters. That turns out to be a mistake because it turns out that the crystal has the ability to imbue objects with animal powers, as PJ Robot earlier attempted to explain to the PJs. It gives the inventions real superpowers by empowering them. Romeo, Robot, and Robette joyfully employ the newly enhanced inventions to transform them into the Baddie Bots Gorilla Gizmo, Croco-lette, and Roo-meo.

Rematch between the PJ Masks and the Baddie Bots ends with the heroes being defeated by the antagonists. They are soon apprehended and placed in a cage. Romeo departs with the aim of breaking into HQ, and the PJs come to the realization that they made a mistake by accepting Romeo's challenge in the first place. The PJ Masks are able to open the cage thanks to the help of the PJ Pets, who take the remote. The PJs defeat the Baddie Bots and reclaim the empowered inventions with the aid of their pets and newest abilities. Romeo and his robots flee, and the PJs give the PJ Crystal it’s superpowers back.
