The Ball of Heads is a one-time villain from the Netflix original series, Farzar, only appearing in the episode, "St. Pudchugger's Day". They are the severed heads of Dome City's various executed criminals, being resurrected and stitched together into a giant ball that rolls around and commits the criminals' original crimes again. Their ultimate collective plan, however, is to get revenge on Renzo, for being the acting czar who ordered their executions.

Biography

Over the years, several criminals in Dome City have been captured and executed via guillotine, under the tyrannic rule of Czar Renzo. Every time one of the criminals was decapitated, Barry Barris would keep the head for himself and store it in a freezer in his laboratory. He would gather together several of these heads and make a collection in his lab.

One Pudchugger's Day, Fichael came into Barry's lab and told him that he needed to have an extra head stitched to his body so that his Siamese twin girlfriend, Val, would like him better. Barry agreed to have one of the severed heads attached to him and reanimated. This was the head of a psychopathic, delusional lunatic who did nothing more than loudly screech the word "CUCUMBER!!!" over and over again, which made for a very uncomfortable second date.

Fichael would eventually get more and more heads attached to his body, until he was covered in severed heads, making him a giant ball of heads that rolled around. This was too much for Val and she broke up with him.

After his attempt at wooing Val failed, Fichael decided that first thing tomorrow, he'd have all his extra heads removed and put back on ice. However, the other heads didn't like the idea of having to go back on ice, planning to stay conscious forever. They revealed to Fichael that they were all executed criminals, who plotted to get their sweet revenge on Renzo for killing them all. Fichael tried to stop them but the heads all worked together against him to choke him and keep him quiet, threatening to kill him if he ever tried to get in their way again.

The ball of heads went on a crime spree around Dome City, committing armed burglary at the city bank, burning down buildings, robbing a hat store, tying a woman to the railroad tracks, and flashing a nun. The latter was the most difficult, since none of them had their dicks anymore. Fortunately for them, Barry had made another ball of all their severed penises and exposed that in public, helping them to flash the nun.

The ball of heads eventually broke into the czar's room, when Renzo was about to have sex with Flammy and prepared to murder him. When the heads announced how they were going to kill him, Renzo was actually willing to be murdered, since it was his only chance at getting out of having sex with Flammy. Renzo begged the heads to shoot him but they failed on account of being horrible shots. Renzo then told them to just roll into him and knock him out the window, which they also failed to do, only knocking him into the wall. Giving up, Renzo pretended that they knocked him out the window and fell backwards out the window, himself. However, he didn't die. He just ended up getting up into a full-body cast.

Finally, Mal broke into the room where Fichael was and made up for her past mistakes by killing all of the extra heads and freeing Fichael of his body horror. She then explained what she had done and told Fichael that she was sorry for sabotaging his relationship with Val, helping the two get back together again. It would be a while before Fichael could have the now deceased heads removed from his body so for the rest of the episode, Fichael had to roll around with a bunch of severed heads of corpses piled up all around him.
