Plants vs. Zombies
Balloon Zombie was first introduced in the third level of Fog. When he entered the lawn, his height helped him hovers above straight shots from straight-shooting plants. Cacti and Cattails were essential to counter this zombie, as they popped his balloon to make him travel on foot and proceed as a normal zombie. Blover can also blow this zombie away from the battlefield, killing him instantly.
Plants vs. Zombies 2
Balloon Zombie returned in the ninth level of Modern Day with a similar appearance, but his functions were different from the first game.
