Bara Faucet (バラジャグチ Bara Jaguchi) is the Donkey and Tap-themed Machine Beast of the Machine Empire Baranoia serving Empress Hysteria, the reincarnation of Faucetchuck and the main antagonist of the 31st episode of Chouriki Sentai Ohranger
Like his predecessor, he is played and voiced by Kaoru Shinoda who previously voiced Jade Mask in Himitsu Sentai Gorenger, Energy Beast Okelampa in Hikari Sentai Maskman, Reckless Brain in Choujyu Sentai Liveman, Arigin and Kaniarigin in Chikyu Sentai Fiveman, Totpat in Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger, the elder of the Hitotsume Kozou Brothers and Kanedama in Ninja Sentai Kakuranger and later voices GG Boon in Gekisou Sentai Carranger, Amehoshi in Seijuu Sentai Gingaman and Trinoid 0: Saunaginnan in Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger.

Past[]
As with all members of the Machine Empire Baranoia, Bara Faucet was originally built by Emperor Bacchus Wrath and Empress Hysteria some 65 million years ago on Planet Baranoia as Faucetchuck. Along with the rest of the Machine Beasts and the Barlo Soldiers, Faucetchuck helped them to devastate and conquer multiple planets.
Ohranger[]
Millions of years later, in 1999, Bacchus Wrath and his Empire return to Earth and launch an invasion of Earth but the Ohrangers arise to oppose them.
Shortly after the death of Bara Missiler, Prince Buldont decides to kill the Ohrangers as part of a movie and recruits four Machine Beasts including Faucetchuck as muscle. However, the plan fails with Faucetchuck merging with his allies to form Steam Punk only to be killed as part of that Machine Beast.
Despite his failure, Faucetchuck is later rebuilt into Bara Faucet using a special liquid metal that allows him to turn intangible at will; becoming immune to attacks. Bara Faucet has much of the same personality and voice as Faucetchuck but now loathes the Ohrangers for originally defeating him. Having grown tired of human gluttony and indulgence, Hysteria initiates Option Moon Rainbow; having Bara Faucet pose as a plumber to install new tapes that disperse normal water or a green liquid, Similar in appearance to the Moon Rainbow diet drink, the liquid both strips human of their bodyweight but also reduces them to more primitive beings which would be easier for Baranoia to conquer. First visiting a woman upset over not being able to eat cake, through a mixture of charisma and manipulation, Bara Faucet is quickly able to install his taps in many houses. When Momo attempts to get water after a jog though, she gets the Moon Rainbow before being ambushed by Bara Faucet; still eager for revenge after his previous defeat. Although the other Ohrangers arrive in time to save Momo, Bara Faucet's intangibility ability allows him to avoid any damage but Acha and Kocha remind him of his mission so he retreats after blasting the Ohrangers with his Rainbow Beam.
After meeting with Acha and Kocha in a pump control room, Bara Faucet appears in the apartment of Nozumi but her screaming attracts the nearby Ohrangers so he retreats. Realizing that Baranoia has control of Tokyo's entire water pipe system, and witnessing the Machine Beast's infected victims going on a rampage for food, the Ohrangers go to a pumping station and repeatedly shut off pipes whilst using tracking devices. In doing so, they first force the Leaky Faucet to go in one direction and then trap him with opposing currents before flushing the pipe; completely forcing Bara Faucet out of the system although only his pickaxe and rope come out on the other end. Escaping into a factory, Barlo Soldiers aid Bara Faucet and are quickly defeated but the Machine Beast easily overwhelms the Rangers. Spotting liquid nitrogen though, Goro leads the others away with Bara Faucet following but failing to spot the Ohrangers above him until they blast the liquid nitrogen pipes. Although Bara Faucet turns to liquid once more, the liquid nitrogen instantly freezes the Machine Beast solid which allows Riki to shatter him with the King Victory Flash. Although Acha and Kocha then enlarge him, reluctant to allow Bara Faucet to pull his liquid trick again, the Ohrangers immediately form King Pyramidder Battle Formation and kill the intimidated Bara Faucet with the Super Legend Beam.
Personality[]
Like Faucetchuck, Bara Faucet is a jokey and arrogant but violent and ruthless Machine Beast completely loyal to Bacchus Wrath. Unlike the original though, due to being deeply ashamed of his previous failure, he is extremely vengeful and angry over his prior defeat; being even more violent than the original. In his human form, the Machine Beast is energetic and charismatic; quickly making his unknowing victims agree to consume Moon Rainbow. Despite everything, Bara Faucet could only cower before King Pyramidder Battle Formation and made no attempt to prevent his death.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Power: Despite his silly appearance and personality, Bara Faucet is amongst the most powerful Machine Beasts of all; being immune to any attack if he pleased and managing to completely defeat all six Ohrangers. It took freezing the Machine Beast solid and King Pyramidder Battle Formation to bring down Bara Faucet.
- Strength: Bara Faucet sent Momo to the ground with a single slap as well as pull Momo down using his rope.
- Durability: Bara Faucet was blasted by the King Blasters when the Ohrangers saved Moro but unhurt as well as three King Smashers but they bounced off his face.
- Water Intangibility: Being made out of a specialist liquid metal, Bara Faucet can turn into an intangible water vapor-like form that makes him immune to all attacks. This included everything from a jump kick by Goro to all five King Smashers being fired at once and Moro's Chi Kung Shot.
- Vapor Transportation: In his vapor form, Bara Faucet can zip around and transport himself to different spots.
- Liquid Attack: Bara Faucet can also lunge out his liquid form to knock down the Ohrangers as seen after three King Smashers proved useless against him.
- Human Form: Bara Faucet can assume the form of a human male in a yellow suit and blue hat at will by spinning on the spot.
- Swimming: Bara Faucet is a decent swimmer, being able to calmly swim against the intense current inside water pipes.
- Tap Production: Bara Faucet can produce taps from his torso that he installs to deploy his poison.
- Tap Regeneration: Bara Faucet can then instantly regenerate his taps from thin air.
- Plumbing: Bara Faucet is a very skilled plumber, being able to install his infected taps in a matter of seconds.
- Charisma: Despite being a regular Machine Beast, Bara Faucet is very charismatic and a skilled salesman who quickly sold many people on his "diet drink" simply through fast talking and saying the right words.
- Waterportation: Bara Faucet can teleport through taps and water in clouds of blue water-like energy to transport between pipes.
- Water Survivability: Bara Faucet can travel up and down pipes at will for seemingly an unlimited amount of time without drowning.
- Underwater Speech: Bara Faucet could speak inside the water pipes despite being drenched with water.
- Water Pressure: Bara Faucet can spray very powerful streams of water from his mouth at will. This was powerful enough to instantly knock Momo over as well as stun all six Ohrangers..
- Swirlportation: Bara Faucet can teleport to any location at will in blue energy swirls that disappear into the ground.
- Rainbow Beam: Bara Faucet's most powerful attack where he can fire multi-colored energy lasers from all over his body which fire up and then fall down down, similar to that of a fountain, but later home in on the enemy. This took down five Ohrangers with one blast.
- Swirl Blasts: Bara Faucet can fire powerful blue energy swirls from the taps on his chest. These caused large explosions and knocked down all six Ohrangers with one hit.
- Reformation: Bara Faucet can reform at will as the Gold Ranger's attack clearly shattered him but he was then intact so Acha and Kocha could enlarge him.
Weaknesses[]
- Water Current: Although Bara Faucet can swim around pipe networks at will, he is subject to the current inside the pipes. When the Ohrangers began shutting off pipes and diverting the current, it ejected Bara Faucet.
- Freezing: Although he can turn to water at will and thus avoid attacks, Bara Faucet is vulnerable to being frozen solid by substances such as Liquid Nitrogen. Being frozen negated his water form and left him open to defeat.
Arsenal[]
- Pickaxe: Like Faucetchuck, Bara Faucet wields a pickaxe and attempts to use it to kill Momo but the other Ohrangers intervene first.
- Faucets: Bara Faucet's torso is covered with faucets that he can pull off and attach to sinks which can dispense clear water and the contaminated fluid.
- Rope: Bara Faucet wields a rope that he can use to tie up and throw around his enemies as seen with Momo.
