Barbie Wire Buckzo, better known as Barbie Wire, is a supporting antagonist in the adult animated dark comedy romantic drama web series Helluva Boss. She is the estranged twin sister of Blitzo Buckzo, the daughter of Cash Buckzo, and the adoptive aunt of Loona.
Just like her brother, she used to be a circus performer and is a former co-worker of Fizzarolli.
She is voiced by Jinhee Joung.
Personality[]
Barbie is a self-absorbed, short-tempered, and controlling narcissist who even acts rude to people, even towards her own drug supplier Counselor Jimmy. She is also manipulative, extremely conceited, and demanding, which can cause her to be outwitted when things don't go the way she wants them to.
Barbie is an egotistical, narcissistic, and manipulative woman who has a bad temper and is rude, even to her own drug supplier. Very much like her brother, she has very arrogant, selfish, dependent, and demanding traits, and easily grows upset when things don't go her way.
She is shrewd and thinks poorly of humans since she sees them as she can easily manipulate them with her alluring feminine charms to get them to do what she wants.
She is also cunning and has a low opinion of humans, considering them to be easy to manipulate, as she can easily use her seductive feminine charms to woo her victims into doing her bidding.
She expresses in Unhappy Campers" about how much she despises her own brother Blitzo and wants nothing to do with him. The reason why she acts this way is currently unknown, as of now. She appears to blame Blitzo for her current situation, claiming that he’s "f—cked up her life enough already", implying that Blitzo is at least partly responsible or that she just blames him entirely.
She seems to not want to be involved in things when it comes to forms of "illegal activity". She is fine with selling drugs, but was openly disapproving at the fact that her supplier, Counselor Jimmy, killed another camp counselor and refused to hear any excuses, especially when it could possibly threaten her drug-selling job. It wasn’t because she is against killing (as shown when she tries to kill her own brother in the episode), but rather she’d rather not get her hands dirty and do unnecessary things in case it turns out bad for her. For example, when Jimmy said that the other counselor found out about her drugs, and it could risk reaching the law enforcements about it.
During the episode "Oops" it's revealed that Blitzo accidentally caused a fire that destroyed Fizz's limbs and killed their mother, which is why Barbie hates her brother, unaware that he didn't cause it on purpose.

Being Blitzo's twin sister, she has a striking resemblance to him. Barbie is a rather tall, slim and red-skinned imp who sports a long demonic tail. She has a long narrow head, with a pair of large curly horns colored black with thin white stripes, a heart-shaped skull symbol on the center of her forehead, and a mouth full of sharp yellow teeth inside. Her eyes have red irises, yellow sclera, and slit-like pupils
Her tail has white markings, her head-marking is crossed out with a white 'X' and has a small heart on the top and bottom, and she has thin white striped-markings down her arms. She also has black fingers.
Barbie is seen dressed in a sleeveless, maroon-and-white-striped turtleneck minidress with a few ripped areas and a darker red stripe from the chest to the neck, along with thigh-high black boots. In "Unhappy Campers", she also wore a dark gray sleeveless jacket with torn edges over her dress, and a gold-and-brown wristwatch that contains an Asmodean Crystal inside, allowing her to shift into a human disguise.
Under her dress, Barbie is also seen wearing a black thong underneath.
Child[]
As a child, she lacked the white markings on her arms and forehead she has as an adult. She also lacked the black coloring on the tips of her fingers.
As a teenager, she wore braces just like her brother, Blitzo.
Human Disguise[]
With the power of the Asmodean Crystal, Barbie takes the form of a light brown-skinned human woman with dark brown hair kept into pigtails. While she retains her white markings and clothing, her eyes' irises change to pale red and her sclera to white.

Backstory[]
Barbie’s relationship with her brother became estranged after a fire accident that destroyed the circus and presumably killed their mother. Resentfully, she disowned her brother and abandoned to re-start her life her own way. She soon became a member of N.E.E.T and worked as a pharmacist until she dropped out for unknown reasons. She went to work as a camp counselor and stole drugs in secret.
Helluva Boss[]
In the middle of the episode "Unhappy Campers", Blitzo came across a dealer while looking for his sister and forced him with his flintlock until the dealer gave him what he wanted: an Asmodean Crystal with access to the real world. He opens the door, and Blitzo enters the human world, inadvertently entering Camp Ivannakummore.
Blitzo eventually finds Moxxie (who is in his costume under the identity of Moxxine) and the two come to a cabin within the Camp and kicked down the door to get in. Blitzo finds Barbie Wire in her human disguise, much to his amazement. Barbie was astounded and surprised to see Blitzo made it into the cabin as well. Moxxie was perplexed and questioned Blitzo if he knew her, to which he affirmed that Barbie was his sister.
As Millie (who is in a costume like Moxxie under the identity of Millerd Realboy) begins her performance, Blitzo and Barbie argue, and Moxxie informs Blitzo, much to his pleasure, that the camp counselor Jimmy was the intended target. Moxxie tries to explain that the camp counselor was the target since he killed their client and the client wants him dead as a result, much to her dismay before the camp counselor admitted that the client discovered the drugs. Barbie then dismisses him and informs Blitzo that she would not allow them to murder her drug supplier. Barbie says that she has eventually got a job and a chance to get down from Blitzo.
She revealed that she enticed the camp counselor to help deal with medicines. However, Moxxie finally has had enough of the drama after spending a week on the charge and declares that he's going to finish the job one way or another. Barbie gets angry and attacks Moxxie, Blitzo ends up getting in the brawl, and while all three of them are fighting while Millie does her performance on stage.
Ultimately, one of the fireworks backfires and flies towards the cabin, breaking a window and flying in front of the camp counselor, blowing him up. Barbie was rankled that not only was her dealer killed (not of care but out of a loss of continuing her job), but she was out of a job. She admonished Blitzo for ruining her life again and tells him off before using an Asmodean Crystal to open a portal to return back to Hell to the Sloth Ring.

Trivia[]
- Her name is an obvious pun on "Barbie" and "barbed wire".
- She is revealed to be on heroin as of Unhappy Campers, though unlike with humans where it is extremely addictive and harmful, the drug appears to be harmless towards imps, with Blitzo claiming that it “barely gets rid of a headache.”
- Despite her hatred towards her brother, Barbie called him by his name correctly and even made the "o" in his name silent. Considering those who also hold contempt towards Blitzo usually address him with the "o" as means of aggravating him, this could possibly indicate that Barbie still cares for him or still holds some respect towards him.
- She is confirmed to be pansexual like her brother [1].
- Barbie Wire appears to be a smoker, as seen in her Belphegor's Healing Hearts rehab profile on Blitzo's phone.
- In Barbie Wire's social media profile, she lists "Acrobatics, endurance, stealth, improv, and labor" on her experience.
- She is the second character to get official merchandise before her actual appearance in the Helluva Boss series, following Andrealphus, in her case, an enamel pin.
- Because of her Asmodean Crystal, she is the first and so far the only imp to have a human disguise that is not merely a costume.
