Bardock's Elites are a five-man team of Low-class Saiyan warriors led by Bardock serving in the Saiyan Army and supporting characters in the Dragon Ball Z special Bardock - Father of Goku.
History[]
Bardock and his team of Saiyan warriors were sent to conquer Planet Kanassa for the Galactic Frieza Army. Using their Oozaru transformations, the team managed to conquer the planet and wipe out its inhabitants in just a few days. However, as the team was resting following their victory, a surviving Kanassan appeared and cursed their leader Bardock with future sight as vengeance for the crimes he had carried out under the Galactic Frieza Army.
While Bardock was recovering from his injuries in a healing pod, the rest were sent out on a mission to Planet Meat. However, the missions turned out to be a trap, with Dodoria's Elites ambushing them and killing all of them. Bardock eventually showed up to Planet Meat himself to assist his team after learning of their mission, only to find their bodies. After witnessing a heavily injured Tora pass away, Bardock swore vengeance for his comrades and killed Dodoria's Elites before being beaten back and blasted into his teammates' dead bodies by Dodoria himself. Managing to survive and learning of Frieza's plans to kill the entire Saiyan race thanks to his future sight, Bardock hurriedly headed off to warn his people and stop Frieza.

The leader of team, a low-class Saiyan warrior who would go on to father Goku, the Saiyan who would become the legendary Super Saiyan.
Tora[]
Bardock's second-in-command, he was only member of the team to survive long enough for Bardock to find him. After Tora passed away, Bardock would take his bloodstained armband and tie it around his head as a memento before swearing vengeance.
Fasha[]
Called "Celypa" in the original Japanese version, she is the only female member of the crew. She would make a cameo in a Dragon Ball Z episode as one of the Saiyans whose deaths Frieza was responsible for alongside Bardock and Tora.
Shugesh[]
Called "Panbukin" in the original Japanese version, he is a plump member of Bardock's Elites who in spite of weight is shown to fight on par with his teammates.
