Biography[]
Maraksky was an influential knight of the kingdom of Mirralia, who broke ahead quickly as he later became a general and then a Baron. He had a big reputation because he had a considerabe army of knights, which he could soon use. After marshal Derrick Pfeil defeated the evil demon, Farrakh became the new king of the extremely weakened Kingdom of Leranse, whose part and capital became the free city of Sylent. However, Duke Ricaro Alivarez, however, did not recognize him as the new king and therefore declared war on Leranse so the war broke out between the two countries. In the autumn of 634 a. M. v., Baron Maraksky and his army launched an attack and had two allies, Duke Wood and Count Shegursky, with whom he captured the castle of Maar, which was a day's ride from Sylent. Derrick tried to mobilize his veterans, while the Inquisition also helped him, namely a small army of knights led by his old friend, Father Dexter, arrived in Maar’s territory to liberate the city and repel the invaders. The father and his knights suffered losses, but eventually recaptured the castle alone, and then joined Derrick's army. After that, their liberated the village of Zhilermo and their objective was to kill the three leaders of the enemy invaders and drive away their soldiers. They first marched against Duke Wood, who, seeing that he was going to lose, tried to flee, but was finally killed by his own men. Then they marched against Count Shegursky, who was also only able to fight with a smaller army, moreover, he did not defend himself in his own castle, but withdrew to fight in the open field, but in the end he died and his castle was captured. After that, only Baron Maraksky remained, but he had a really strong army, in addition to the castle, Garburg, where he was, there were also two rivers in front of it, which means that the enemy will be able to move more slowly. Here, Derrick and his companions really encountered more serious opponents and the baron was a good strategist and fighter, but in the end his soldiers gradually dwindled and finally he also died, and thus the first invasion on the part of Mirralia ended in failure.
