Baronviolent

Baron Violent is a minor villain in the 1994 animated series The Tick by Ben Edlund. He is seen wreaking havoc in the City, but is quickly defeated by the Tick and Arthur. What makes him noteworthy as a villain is that he has a belt which can greatly augment his strength. It works on a dial system, where each number from 1 to 10 increases his strength by 10. Arthur confiscated the belt from him at the beginning of the episode, and uses it to become a superhero of incredible strength, but the power that he gains corrupts him and causes him to behave abusively to his friends and normal people including his sister Dot.
