Baron von Bludgeonous is a one-shot antagonist in the LEGO Nexo Knights franchise, serving as the main antagonist of The Forbidden Power spin-off book. He is a knight who in his quest for battle joined Monstrox's forces and eventually grew dependant on the Forbidden Powers to survive. He plotted to take over the kingdom of Knighton for himself and rule over it.

Past[]
In the time known as "golden era", Bludgeonous graduated from the Knights' Academy and became a knight. However, due to Knighton being in peace with no enemy to fight, he felt unsatisfied, as he believed he could find no glory in such life. Eventually, he met the arch-necromancer Monstrox and joined his army, fighting foes like the Halbert family, Wizards' Council and knights. At some point, he discovered Forbidden Powers which turned him undead and thirsting for more of them. Eventually, he wound up in his mansion with a number of skeleton knights at his service.
The Forbidden Power[]
After Fletcher Bowman had awakened the Rogul holding the Forbidden Power of Vicious Voltage, Bludgeonous sensed it and sent his minions to retrieve the power, but they failed to get it, and only one came back, as the others were destroyed by the Rogul. The baron would also learn that the power was in possession of two kids, Fletcher and Izzy Richmond.
A few days later, Bludgeonous broke into the Knights' Academy on his undead pegasus and stole Vicious Voltage, meeting little resistance. Before leaving, he told the principal of the academy of his plans for the estabilishment and the whole kingdom. When Fletcher and Izzy broke into his mansion but found themselves powerless against him, the villain would tell them his backstory and further explain his plan to overthrow King Halbert, take his throne and plunge all of Knighton into darkness, turning its people undead. Due to knowing it was Fletcher who led his minions to the Forbidden Power, however, he decided to spare the kids for the time being and merely had them locked up.
Fletcher and Izzy would break out and, with the assistance of the Rogul of Vicious Voltage, fight Bludgeonous as he attempted to absorb the Forbidden Power. Ultimately, Fletcher managed to create an explosion that destroyed the baron's mansion, and seemingly the baron himself, his pegasus and Vicious Voltage, as they all disappeared without a trace. However, the kids still believed that the baron survived and they would have to fight and defeat him again.

- He is the second known Knights' Academy graduate to be a villain, preceeded by Jorah Tightwad and followed by Clay Moorington. Unlike the former two, however, Clay was never a villain willingly and was merely brainwashed.
