Zagreus, also known as Bartholos, the Spirithief is a supporting antagonist in 2023 science fantasy turn-based tactical role-playing video game Honkai: Star Rail. The spirithief, in general, is the Titankin of Zagreus, Titan of Trickery. In which, being a follower of Zagreus as well along with Cipher/Cifera, a Chrysos heir from Dolos. Bartholos is known for being a very nuisance for trickster antics such as stealing any treasures and replacing it with a single silver coin and also creating a made-up fame in their stories. Though, Aglaea can sense Bartholos' emotions whenever it tells a lie or not with her sense threads.
Bartholos is voiced by Ann Konkle in English dub, Jin Na in Chinese dub, Kim Yun-Chae in Korean dub, and Risa Hanafusa in Japanese dub.

Bartholos is the known Spirithief, the follower of Zagreus, that renowned by the people of Amphoreus for its unpredictable nature. It enjoys in stealing valuable objects, breaking in anybody's houses, and playing tricks on travelers. It often outpaces the Treasure Hunters and leaving a silver coin as a joke, much to the people's dismay. However, the Trailblazer can catch Bartholos using Oronyx's Prayer. They usually show up in random places, to steal treasures, and creates public annoyance.
It also revealed that both Bartholos and Cifera can take the title of Trickery Titan, Zagreus. They both later helped Phainon keeping the Coreflame of Kephale with Reality-Warping Lie to stall the Flame Reaver.

- According to the item Empyrean Gaze, Aquila used to have "countless eyes like the stars". However, Zagreus stole many of them, leaving Aquila with only a hundred eyes.
