Baxter Stockboy is an antagonist in Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He is this series' incarnation of Baxter Stockman, albeit as a young boy.

Biography

The Gumbus

Baxter Stockboy is first seen as an internet celebrity with his own channel called STOCKBOI. He was seen investigating the Gumbus until he was caught and captured. Leo, Mikey, and April go to the supermarket to prove or disprove the Gumbus' existence. Soon after investigating the place they soon find Baxter Stockboy who is surprised to see Turtles.

He also wants Mikey to subscribe and donate to him while also vloging until getting chained up by the Gumbus. Sometime later Stockboy appears as a living turkey who explains to April that if she destroy the turkey she would destroy his soul as well. He explains that the Gumbus will only disappear if they make a stack of cans and later using his phone to tell his viewers to subscribe and donate to him.

Leo, Mikey, and April later fight the Gumbus until it was revealed to be a robot hung by a string. After defeating the Gumbus, it's shown that Baxter Stockboy was in control of the entire hoax to make money. He explains that the market is his parents store but they don't pay him, so he decided to make videos to get more money and the trio destroys his phone to prevent his videos from coming on to his channel. Enraged, Stockboy tries destroy them using his weapons but his parents show up and punish him for destroying the market, allowing the turtles and April to make an escape.

Stockboy appears at the beginning of the episode where he brought Albearto's head to the rebuilt Albearto's Pizzeria in exchange for a cheat code on the dance machine.

The Mutant Menace

Stockboy starts manipulating the citizens of New York by spreading false information about the turtles committing crimes, in which they didn’t. His plan fails and he ended up getting arrested by the cops. But not before swearing revenge that this won’t be the last time the turtles will see of him. Despite swearing revenge, Baxter Stockboy didn’t make another appearance throughout the rest of the series.

Powers and Abilities

Stockboy is a smart boy for his age, and can make robots to get people to give himself money. He also make make weapons that he attempt to use to destroy the Turtles and April.
