The Beards are an invading species that appear in the Cyanide and Happiness skit: "The Beard".

Biography

The skit begins with a bearded man sitting on a bench. A tired runner decides to take a break and sits next to him. He suddenly feels oddly compelled to touch the mans beard and asks for permission. He nods his head, so he does. Suddenly; the beard attaches to the mans hand and makes it's way to his face as he struggles in confusion. Once on his mouth, he chokes the man to death. This turns his skin pail and turns his eyes grey. He passes out and the original man leaves. Another runner approaches shortly after and the yellow runner's body stiffens up, as if he were still alive. The next runner does the same as the first, asking to touch the man's beard. His hand reaches for it and the scene ends. An after credits scene shows a dystopian society, now having the beards taken over the world. The sky is orange and thew city is destroyed. There is an army of bearded corpses marching down the street. Beards fly in the air and the screen pans into the air and shows a giant beard shooting red lasers out of it's mouth.

Appearance

They appear to be typical brown bears. When possessing a body, the body turns pail and the eyes turn grey.
