Gooba Gabba! Gooba Gabba! One of us, one of us!
~ The Beasty Buildings wrecking havoc on the streets

The Beasty Buildings are the secondary antagonists of the third book in Dav Pilkey's novel series Dog Man, Dog Man: A Tale of Two Kitties, a spinoff of the Captain Underpants franchise.

They are an army of buildings turned to life by Flippy the Fish and a Living Spray Factory.

Biography[]

Books[]

When a dead Flippy was put into the smokestack of a Living Spray Factory, some workers noticed and took him out. Then, the male worker throw him to a trash can, yet he fails, and a claw of Flippy's puncture a hole in a tank of Living Spray gas, which causes Flippy to turn back to life and turn the factory into the first Beasty Building.

Then, Flippy commands the new Beasty Building to use its gas to create an army of buildings that would be under his control.

The chief of the police department, Chief, finds out and informs Sarah Hatoff, her dog Zuzu, and Dog Man. Sarah asks Chief to get one side of some dental floss and tie it to a nearby sign as she does the same thing on the other side. This creates a rope that the Beasty Buildings can't see, making them be destroyed as they trip from it.

Then, Dog Man and Zuzu find a truck with french dressing in it, and they pour it all out, which makes a slippery road for the Beasty Buildings, making them fall down and get destroyed.

Soon enough, only half remain, and Flippy angrily asks the others to get revenge on the do-gooders.

However, Li'l Petey finds out and uses the powers of 80-HD to destroy a building about to eat Dog Man and Zuzu. Then, he figures out how to destroy all of the others.

Dog Man: Mission lmpawsible[]

In the banner for the upcoming Dog Man video game Mission Impawsible, two Beasty Buildings can be found as silhouettes, implying that the Beasty Buildings are bosses or common enemies in the video game.

Appearance[]

Personality[]

Nothing is known about their personality. However, they do act dumb. They are also loyal to their boss Flippy.
