Bee Woman is a bee kaijin created by Shocker and an antagonist in episode 8 of Kamen Rider.
She later returns as an executive of the Super Shocker organization and a major antagonist in Kamen Rider x Kamen Rider W & Decade: Movie War 2010.
She was portrayed by Yoshiko Iwamoto in the original series. In Movie War 2010, she was played by Nao Oikawa, who previously portrayed Kegalesia in Engine Sentai Go-Onger.
History[]
Kamen Rider[]
Going undercover as the manager of a gas manufacturing factory, Bee Woman gathered people who operated with special equipment in eyeglasses to the hideout, having the best ones were remodeled into combatants while making the others work as factory workers.
While ordinary humans could hear the sound of special equipment, the remodeled Takeshi Hongo deteced it and began to suspect it was the work of Shocker. As Hongo went to investigate, Bee Woman took Ruriko Midorikawa hostage and attempted to capture Hongo, but failed and the people were released.
At this time, Ruriko Midorikawa was released with an earring-type device, and she tried to make Hongo and Tobei Tachibana the dead, but failed. While welcoming Hongo who appeared relying on the earring device, he was defeated by the rider kick of Kamen Rider No. 1 who transformed. She was destroyed by Kamen Rider 1 with his Rider Kick.
She was later revived as a part of the Revived Kaijin Corps but was destroyed by Tokugeron's special bomb.
Movie War 2010[]
Bee Woman returned as one of the commanders of the Super Shocker organization. She pursued Natsumi but was held off when Electro-Wave Human Tackle sacrificed herself to perform her Ultra Cyclone. She later releases Neo Organism to gain more power, but is engulfed by the creature instead.
Powers and Abilities[]
In addition to releasing a poison needle that melts the stabbed person, she also wields a rapier to fight. In Movie War 2010, her rapier is called "Wasp Foil" and she is capable of performing the Special Move "Sting Shock", which pierces the poison needle in the tip of the sword.
