Behemdolg is a large human settlement who serves as the main antagonists of the Fire Punch series. They were a colony of humans who came together to create their own society after the apocalypse that froze the entire world. Ever since its creation, the Behemdolg military has shown to commit various atrocities, such as genocide and slavery, especially towards fellow human survivors and other small human colonies. Behemdolg serves as the main antagonists of the first half of the series and the overarching antagonists of its second half.
History[]
Ever since its creation, the Behemdolg government has been shown to be extremely corrupt. On the first missions of the Behemdolg military, in which they would go around finding small colonies of humans in order to get supplies such as food and gasoline, they would oftentimes commit atrocities to its residents, such as forcing them to become slaves or even killing them in mass-murdering acts (such was the case for Agni's colony).
The Behemdolg people, at a young age, are indoctrinated via propaganda. They would usually be shown fictional movies about characters with superpowers, which the leader claimed to be footage of their "God". As mentioned by Togata, the Behemdolg government also seems to have prohibited the production and distribution of movies as well, using them strictly for propaganda reasons and having them locked up in a movie gallery. Another piece of propaganda, and by far its most effective, was the legend of the "Ice Witch", a being with a ice blessing that was the one responsible for freezing the entire Earth. While the Ice Witch never actually existed, and was more so created as a scapegoat for the Behemdolg people, Sulya would adopt its name for herself.

The cruel slavery of electricity users, who serve as "fuel" for Behemdolg.
Within the various atrocities comitted by the Behemdolg army, there are most notably its slavery of blessing users, especially those with electricity-related blessings, who are commonly locked up in a powerhouse and used as a source of energy. These slaves are usually told by the Behemdolg people that they are nothing but "fuel". On a more unsavory note, the Behemdolg army is no stranger to rape and sexual assault, as they will usually do it against children and other people on vulnerable positions.
Behemdolg seems to run in a certain type of dictatorship or absolute monarchy, as the role of the leader is passed down to the offspring of the previous one. That was the case for Judah, whose father, the previous leader, passed down the torch to her, shortly before his death. The Behemdolg state also seems to be a theocracy, as the leader is seen as a messianic figure, who is the only one capable of communicating with their "God".
The Behemdolg nation are the archenemies of Agni, as they were responsible for destroying his colony, killing his sister and litting his body on an eternal fire, however, Agni seems to just hold this grudge and responsibility against Doma. Nevertheless, he still joins Togata on his plan of rising up against the Behemdolg army for the sake of his movie. While Judah tries to fight back by using a group of death roll prisoners with powerful blessings, the fight ends up with Agni inadvertently destroying the entire settlement, after being thrown on various buildings and lighting the entire city on his fire. Afterwards, the slaves of Behemdolg escape with the Agnists and the Behemdolg government utterly crumbles into pieces.
Although Behemdolg is destroyed midway through the story, its impacts and its posthumous influence are still felt, even after the timeskip caused by the World Tree's destruction. Their leader Judah ends up losing her memories and is adopted by Agni as his "sister". Various of the innocent Behemdolg residents also ran away and created their very own small settlements. Doma was another survivor of the colony's destruction, settling down in a small cabin where he would take care of various orphan children. He would also have children of his own as well, one of them being a girl called Tena who also shared his flame blessing.
