Belial is the main antagonist of the Peacock animated series Fright Krewe. He is a demon who possessed the human Pierre D'Rousseau from the 19th century, directly responsible for a number of tragedies in order to consume the fear of others such as an outbreak of yellow fever that killed thousands, burning down a schoolhouse, and removing a headmistress' mouth and trapping her ghost in the school for trying to intervene in his plans. Revived in the present day, he allied with Mayor Furst into starting a war between rougarous and vampires, while getting many innocents caught in the crossfire. He is the archenemy of the Krewe.
