Bengel Brothers (ベンガルブラザーズ Bengaru Burazāzu) are minor antagonists of Uchuu Keiji Sharivan who appears in episode 11. They are a pair of brothers who are known as space pirates.
They only invade the Earth to gather all information and data of Sharivan and send it to the Space Crime Syndicate Madou in order to get into their good graces, which eventually led to the creation of Shouri Beast. However, it is revealed that they only joined the Madou in order to overthrow the Demon King Psycho and take over the organization, but only for Madou to caught them in the act and converted them into cyborg commandos to make them fight against Sharivan along with the Shouri Beast in three-on-one fight before they were later killed.
Bengel Tiger is voiced by late Teiji Omiya, who also voiced Gori Beast and Kiba Beast in the same series, and Goat Monster and Magic Doubler in Uchuu Keiji Gavan. Bengel Cobra is voiced by late Eisuke Yoda, who also voiced Volcano Mask General Magman in Himitsu Sentai Gorenger, Shine in J.A.K.Q. Dengekitai, Führer Taboo in Dai Sentai Goggle V, and Lu-Long, Parchis, Demost and Silver Shark in Sekai Ninja Sen Jiraiya.
Biographies[]
The Bengel Brothers are infamously known throughout the entire galaxy as the space pirates. After arriving on the Earth, they send out mines on the ground and threw a giant spiky ball to attack Den Iga before they went to attack him once he transformed into Sharivan. While they're fighting, the Bengel Brothers are hiding behind the concrete wall until Sharivan breaks the wall and they later unleashed Bengel Fire at him before they went on hiding to a forest where they laid a trap on him by having a bird stuck on a net. Once Sharivan freeing the bird from a net, the Bengel Brothers then captured him with threads and taunting him for his kindness and compassion before they resumed on attacking him.
After the Demon King Psycho saving the brothers from being attacked by Sharivan and brought them to Genmu Castle, the Bengel Brothers explains their reason of invading the Earth is to gather all the data and information of Sharivan and joins with Madou before giving out the data of Sharivan, which Psycho became interested of hearing about them and later recruited them into the organization. The brothers later plotting to overthrow the Demon King Psycho to take over the Madou, but unfortunately for them Madou had already caught them on the act and having them converted into cyborg commandos to make them fight against Sharivan along with the Shouri Beast in three-on-one fight. However, Sharivan finally destroyed both space pirates with Crime Buster.
